About this property

Pretty house close to the beach

Very comfortable house for 2/5 people. Regularly maintained and well equipped. Couples and families with children are welcome. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed because we are allergic to it. It consists of a living room (with sofa, TV, dining table, coffee table) with an equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1 bed 140 and 3 beds 90 CM), a bathroom with shower and WC. The house has a courtyard at the front to store bikes and an enclosed garden at the back without any opposite.

Erholsamer Aufenthalt am Meer
Angenehmes, hübsches und gut ausgestattetes Häuschen. Alles da, was man braucht. Hübscher kleiner Garten, sehr ruhig gelegen. Sehr nah zum Meer. 5 Minuten mit dem Rad zum sehr angenehmen Strand in la Bree, oder direkt über die Straße zum Strandabschnitt nahe Douhet. Zum Markt und centre village nach La Bree sind es max. 10 Min. per Rad. Hier gibt es alles für den täglichen Bedarf, Bäckerei, Lebensmittel und mehr, auch ein kl. Café. Sehr schöne Atmosphäre. In der anderen Richtung kommt man vom Haus aus in 15 Min. zu Fuß an den Hafen von Douhet, wo es verschiedene sehr gute Restaurants gibt. Alles in allem ein super Standort und wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Très agréable séjour à deux pas de la plage
Très belle semaine à la bree les bains. La maison est proche de toutes les commodités et confortable. A deux pas de la plage ce qui est très pratique avec les enfants, et a moins de 15 min de la côte côté chaucre et domino. Le marché de la brée tous les jours en été permet de faire ses courses de produits frais et locaux.

Gemütliches familiäres Charente-Häuschen
Wir haben zum wiederholten Mal unseren Urlaub in diesem gemütlichen Haus auf der Ile d´Oléron verbracht. Es war wie gewohnt sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die gemütliche Terrasse lädt zum Verweilen ein. Wir können die Crêperie am Hafen von Douhet empfehlen und natürlich das Café du Commerce am Eingang der Fußgängerzone von St Pierre d´Oléron. Wer Craftbeer mag, sollte beim Direktverkauf des lokalen Bierbrauers "Les Naufrageurs" vorbeischauen. Sehr urig. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Wunderbarer Urlaub
Die FeWo war perfekt für eine Auszeit. Alles vorhanden wie beschrieben, super Lage mit viel Privatsphäre. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!!! Die Küchenausstattung(Besteck/Kochgeschirr) könnte erneuert werden. Bettdecken sowie Schonbezüge waren leider nicht gewaschen. Haben wir dann gemacht, da auch Waschmaschine und Pulver vorhanden sind. Der zu Fuß 3min entfernte Strand, ist unserer Meinung nach der Schönste. Es war rundum ein sehr toller Aufenthalt!

Geschmackvoll eingerichteten Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Umgebung
Schön gelegene Ferienwohnung in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Strand. Bei herrlichen Sommerwetter haben wir hier zwei angenehmen Wochen verbracht.
