My nest in Accoules

Situated in a listed building, the apartment, fully renovated and decorated with research in 2015, combines charm and comfort. It is ideally located just next to the Vieux Port (near the church Accoules).
Warning! Please, notice that the building is located on a pedestrian street with stairs. No need to be very athletic to reach the door but it's not feasible for disabled persons.
It comprises
- A living kitchen with side stay: a sofa bed, TV HIFI and DVD player, kitchen side: dishwasher, oven and microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee machine and toaster, iron and ironing board,
- A room with a double bed,
- A bathroom with towel warmer, hair dryers and washer-dryer.
The apartment is equipped with WIFI
NB: For 2 pax stay, the extra coach in the living room is locked with no sheets. It can be prepared if asked before and with 20 euros extra for laundry to pay on arrival.

Lovely apartment great location wonderful Rugby
Unique property..very close to port. Excellent restaurants near by, very helpful 18 page pdf guide from host. Double bed not the largest but can use sofa bed as well. Lovely bathroom quality of fittings everywhere very good..good value for money.

Schöne Unterkunft in lebhafter Umgebung
Die Unterkunft ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und liegt sehr nah zu vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Im Sommer ist sie etwas warm. Es gibt Ventilatoren aber keine Klimaanlage.

Perfect
Ideal place for a couple in Marseille. Perfect location at Le Panier at the old port: truly historic street, with numerous great shops, sites and streets all nearby. Central yet peaceful, the apartment was well-priced and had everything we needed. All communication was clear and helpful, and hostess Helene was friendly, generous, accomodating and welcoming. Thank you. We wished we had stayed longer, we hope to stay again, and we wholeheartedly recommend this place for anyone visiting Marseille.

Why they chose this property

I fell in love with this bright and charming appartment in this nice oldest part of the town. You'll enjoy its quiet mood in spite of its very downtown location in the oldest and most typical part of Marseille. You'll be next to the Vieux Port, close to the MUCEM and the new district of la Joliette. There are many restaurants all around from the most typical ( you'll experience a true Pagnol's mood) to the most starred ones.
I like to stay on the seaside, walk or run along the Corniche and wander in the old narrow streets of the Panier or on the Vieux Port. It's also close to go shopping downtown or in la Joliette or for an exhibition in MUCEM or la Veille Charité
The flat was completely refurbished in 2015 saving its authentic style in using natural materials. It's completely equiped : individual electric heating, dish washer, oven and microwave oven, fridge and freezer, washing and drying machine, TV, HIFI, WIFI.
In this listed building, air conditioners are forbidden but the thick walls and fanners will keep you cool.

What makes this property unique

A haven of rest in the oldest and most genuine part of Marseille "le Panier". A charming appartment completely refurbished in 2015 in respect of its historical style, ideally located next to the Vieux Port (subway, buses and velib 5 min walk around)
