Charming, very bright and sunny apartment of 40 m2 (ski-to-door departure, piste view), carefully decorated, located in the "Les Aollets" building in Plagne Villages (2050m, above Plagne center). Plagne villages is one of the prettiest and calm resorts in the La Plagne area. located on the 3rd floor with 3 elevators. Configuration in double angle south and west exposure, view on tracks (Piou Piou Garden, ESF departure and beginners track in front of the windows). Direct access to slopes and ski lifts on skis. Large living room with a dining area for 6, a sofa bed (2P) and a flat screen TV corner with another sofa bed (2P, very comfortable mattress). equipped kitchenette with dishwasher. 1 independent bedroom with high-end bedding 160 x 200 cm. 1 bathroom with rain shower and washing machine. Plenty of storage. 1 separate WC. 2 balconies. Ski locker. Free parking. Building ideally located for all amenities 1 minute walk (supermarket Casino, ESF, ski lift, ski rental, restaurants ...) as well as the Telebus which connects the village to Plagne center for free. Impeccable
Séjour du 18 au 25 février 2017, en pleine vacances de février. Nous avons passé une semaine formidable dans ce charmant appartement. La location est tout à fait conforme à l'annonce ainsi qu'aux photos. On a le sentiment d'arriver en terrain connu! Pas de mauvaise surprise. A notre arrivée, nous avons été accueilli par le très sympathique gardien de l'immeuble, qui nous a même aidé à monter nos bagages!(si, si, je vous jure). Merci Thibault. La location (2050m) jouit d'une excellente situation sur la station. Cette année, malgré la douceur exceptionnel de la semaine en question, nous nous retrouvions sur les pistes avec une qualité de neige autrement plus intéressante qu'à Montalbert ou Montchavin évidemment. 10 mètres après la sortie de l'immeuble, vous êtes sur la piste qui descend à Plagne centre: pour ceux qui connaissent la station, on évite la remontée saturée de la bergerie. On peut aussi éviter les remontées particulièrement saturées cette année m'a-t-il semblé de Plagne bellecôte (notamment les après-midi de beau temps). Bref, vous êtes au cœur de la station. En 20 mn vous êtes à la Grande Rochette. Pour skier sur la Plagne, la situation me semble idéale. Si vous souhaitez revenir manger le midi sans perdre sa journée de ski, on peut guère faire mieux. En couple avec 3 enfants, l'espace de la location est tout à fait suffisante. Pas de sensation d'étouffement. Appartement avec de belles ouvertures, belle vue sur la piste en particulier. C'est très lumineux, et ce n'est pas un "couloir". L'agencement est plutôt bien pensé. On dors bien, la literie est de qualité. Surtout il y règne une atmosphère cosie et chaleureuse. C'est bien décoré, pas du tout impersonnel. On s'y sent bien je trouve. Environnement calme et familial. Le soir de nombreux enfants font de la luge jusqu'à la nuit en contrebas de l'immeuble. Super sympa. Ascenseur, spar juste à côté. Petit resto à 2 pas... La messe est dite? Pour couronner le tout, dans tous les échanges que j'ai eu avec elle, la propriétaire de toute évidence, à l'image de son bien, est très sympa et est une personne de confiance. Merci à elle. Nous revenons l'an prochain.

Confortable et spacieux
Location tout à fait conforme à la description. Très confortable et lumineux avec ses 2 balcons. Literie de qualité. Très bien situé , au pied des pistes ( départ et retour skis au pied). Accès au domaine immédiat. Attention le casier est petit pour 6 skieurs . Plagne Centre accessible en 5 minutes par le télébus devant la résidence. Le gardien de la résidence est très disponible et serviable. Échanges très faciles avec la propriétaire. Nous réviendrons sûrement .

Appartement très lumineux et fonctionnel. Au pied des pistes. Très bien accueilli par le gardien et dialogue parfait avec la propriétaire. Petit bémol le lave vaisselle et peut=être le prix. A recommander en tous cas.

Accueilli Dans un écrin de bonheur sans surprise
Appartement au top correspondant à l'annonce décrite, immeuble bien propre et un accueil de qualité, je recommanderai sans problème la location de cet appartement a nos proches la station est magnifique les commerces à proximité sont bien sympas avec un accueil remarquable La supérette , magasin de location de skis et restaurant au bas de la residence la Proprietaire bien à l écoute merci encore......
