You are 30 meters from its beautiful beach, if the lagoon water seems too hot test that of the beautiful infinity pool of 1000m2.

The studio "Arawak" of 34 m2 is on the ground floor of a villa with 4 studios, it is fully equipped and favors the space for your comfort.

Superbe endroit pour passer un séjour très agréable. Nous confirmons le cadre exceptionnel comme mentionné dans le titre de l' annonce. Appartement idéalement situé, à quelques mètres d' une très belle plage et d' une immense piscine . Appartement spacieux très bien agencé et équipé avec des matériels de qualité. Vaste salle de bains avec douche italienne. Déco de très bon goût. Contact très sympathique avec le propriétaire avant notre départ. Que du positif. Nous gardons cette adresse précieusement car nous y retournerons très certainement. Florence et Reynald

De Paul F Vacances du 17/9 au 9/10 Prestation excellente .3 Semaines de vraies vacances Le studio est confortable et très bien situé .La piscine permet des baignades toute la journée et j'ai renoué avec plaisir à ce sport malgré mes 85 ans. Je connais la Guadeloupe depuis 1967 mais je n'étais jamais venu dans cette Anse des Rochers et je ne l'ai pas regretté. Pour l'accueil , Betty et Francis sont parfaits, toujours prêts à rendre service. Je ne peux que recommander cette location qui vaut vraiment la peine d'y aller; vous ne serez pas déçus

Superbe studio, le paradis !
Studio très bien équipé et conforme à la description. La résidence est très calme, un vrai paradis. Le petit plus, la gentillesse de Betty et Francis qui vous reçoivent sur place, toujours disponibles. Très belle plage toute proche et immense piscine très bien entretenue.

Propre et bien entretenue, la plage est magnifique. Excellente communication avec le propriétaire, un gros merci à Betty pour sa disponibilité et ses bons conseils. Bien situé à proximité de Saint François et tous ses restaurants. Je recommande cette location sans hésitation. À l'année prochaine!
