Beautifully appointed 3 bed 3 bath villa within Jolly Harbour

This pristine villa is located on the North Finger of Jolly Harbour, situated on the South West coast of Antigua,
only a few minutes walk to the quiet and secluded North Beach. This villa offer unobstructed views down the cancel and out to the marina entrance.

Set over two floors, the villa has three bedrooms one on the ground floor that features en-suite and two larger bedrooms on the second floor both with s refurbished en-suite bathrooms with showers. Both bedrooms have been tastefully furnished throughout. One has twins beds and the master a queen bed.

The lower floor is open plan with a newly tiled countertop and a fully equipped modern kitchen, dining area and lounge. From the lounge there are large sliding doors leading out to the extended decking perfect for the sun lovers to relax and enjoy. There deck also has a covered area great for outside dining. The deck sits over the water and features a finger pier that would house a 45ft boat. The property has ceiling fans and air conditioning throughout cable TV and internet.

The villa is well furnished and great for a family get away



Jolly Harbour sits on over 300 acres of park-like land and is the largest man-made marina in the Eastern Caribbean. Amenities include an 18-hole golf course and club house, Olympic sized swimming pool, tennis and squash court supermarket, banks, pharmacy, numerous bars and restaurants and 24-hour security.

Listing was not accurate and roaches!
We originally picked this unit in the jolly harbor development because it listed a pool. However after arriving and signing for pool passes with the agents from absolute Antigua properties we were kindly informed by development management and people who reside in the development that the pool had been closed for at least 3 months. We booked a month in advance of our trip so the staff was well aware there was no pool even though it was listed. When we request a partial refund or pool passes to the jolly harbor resort we were told no and ignored by Stacy when we asked to speak with her regarding that and the additional issues. Antigua is 92 degrees, units without pools are half the price. After checking in we did go food shopping and upon waking the next day to cook breakfast we went to pull the pans out from the bottom drawers which were filled with roaches. They did bring roach spray as a courtesy. But I’m not on vacation to handle a homes roach problem and wash all of their cookware. We did spray in the cabinets and around the fridge and by the next day we were finding dead roaches on the kitchen floor. With all that being said the unit is spacious, the deck is nice to sit on but does house about 12-15 stray cats from the marina loop. If you don’t mind them, you kind of just hang with them. The Ac and bathrooms generally worked properly. For the unit to be an actual great space, they could just take care of the roaches before arrivals!

Lovely Jolly Harbour
Very easy to book and communicate about - Stacy at Absolute Properties was always quick to respond and always very helpful. She organised airport taxis and some car hire. We had a small issue with our hire car and she personally came out and helped us out. Security on the whole compound is very good, no concerns at all anyway with safety.

After our daughter's constant nagging that we should buy a villa in Antigua we finally broke down and decided to at least go and see what all the fuss was about.
We booked a couple of weeks in a hotel and contacted a local agent. She picked us up from the hotel and took us to Jolly Harbour, it only took half an hour to see what our daughter was talking about we fell in love with the place. We looked at few villa but we kept going back to Seatons or as then 403D. After the third visit we went ahead with the purchase. We have returned a few times since and absolutely live it.
