This great Condominium is completely renovated and offers the most Spectacular View of the Atlantic Ocean in beautiful Wrightsville Beach, North Carolina. Even before you enter the unit you start enjoying magnificent views of the intercoastal waterway and the skyline view of Figure Eight Island. Penthouse like views with ocean front breeze. Floor-to-ceiling glass opens your den to the ocean so you can directly enjoy its sights and sounds all year round. Experience the ideal sunrise from the private balcony without getting out of your pajamas. We have a Kings Down king size bed in the bedroom with a Queen Sleeper Sofa in the living room. Newly Renovated Walk in tile shower with beautiful Carrara Marble . The condo also has porcelain tile flooring throughout. The condo is one bedroom with one and half baths as well.

We have an onsite restaurant as well as indoor and outdoor pools. You can savor the local seafood in the heart of Wrightsville Beach or venture to nearby Wilmington (only ten minutes away). There you will find the historical port city, which offers a fascinating variety of restaurants, bars, retail shopping, art galleries and other cultural attractions. Non smoking and no pets.

Best beach! Great property and terrific host made our trip a 5 star vacation!
We didn't realize it at the time but this is the best location on the entire beach! There is a water bird refuge to the left, an amazing marshland behind and the ocean in front! The ocean was clean and gentle during our stay. There is a lifeguard on duty as well. We didn't use the pool, the bar or the fitness centre but we spent a lot of time on the beach and in the ocean and it was great. The owner Thad, was very courteous, helpful and responsive. I can't say enough good things about this place without sounding like an advertisement - but we really did enjoy our stay thoroughly! Mike and Liz from Montreal June 2019

This property sits at the far end of the beach so is private and a great beach for walking. The resort is very nice with wonderful staff. I loved the unit. The view was amazing and the unit is well maintained. Would highly recommend

I try my best to make sure our guests feel at home and enjoy the beauty of the Ocean and Wrightsville Beach. I have traveled quite a bit through out the US and internationally . I think Wrightsville is one of the most scenic and unique beaches i have visited.

The condo is ocean front with amazing penthouse like views of beautiful Wrightsville Beach.
We are located at 2700 North Lumina Ave. The condo has beautiful porcelain tile through out.
We have a tiled walk in shower with built in shower seat. The condo also has one full bath and one half bath. The bathroom has lots of storage room.
The Living Room has a floor to ceiling wall of glass which offers relaxing views of the ocean and sky!

What makes this property unique

The condo is very unique with its location . We are completely ocean front with some of the best views in Wrightsville Beach. The Property, Shell Island Resort is right next to a bird sanctuary which has beautiful Dunes and Wildlife and Plants. You can see Figure Eight Island across the island.
Perfect spot to truly unplug from your busy lifestyle!
