With the perfect location between the mountains and the sea on Corsica, this apartment allows access to a wide rang of activities, including hiking trails, snow shoeing excursions and fishing.
Water-lovers will be happy to know that swimming season in mild Corsica lasts from May until September. You will find a beach, Plage du Ricanto, just 8.5 kilometres from the apartment and you’ll have local amenities like superb restaurants and bars in downtown Ajaccio within 5 kilometers of the apartment’s door.
While it might be hard to tear yourself away from the beautiful setting of this apartment, do try to get out and explore a bit of Corsica. The owner of the apartment offers a plethora of information on potential tours and can even accompany you if you desire. A few day trips worth traveling include climbing one of the island’s peaks, Mont Gozzi; hiking through the magical Vizzavona forest; and taking a ride on U Trinichellu to discover majestic views. If you happen to be in town in spring, don’t miss the U Catenacciu procession for Good Friday in Sartene.
