Located in the peaceful Kaczawa River Valley, this modern and well-appointed house is the perfect base for holidaymakers to explore the beauty of the Kaczawskie Mountains. Discover nearby hiking trails, search for natural minerals, and find restaurants and bars within 3 kilometres of your door.
After a day in nature, you can enjoy the large living space in this well-decorated home. Relax around the warm fireplace or sit on a sofa and watch the TV’s satellite channels. The lounge also includes a CD player, radio, Hi-Fi, and DVD player. The modern kitchen contains everything necessary to cook up a family feast. Amenities include a kettle, dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster, freezer, refrigerator, oven, stove and cooking utensils. Enjoy your meals around a dining table that seats 6 people. A highchair is available upon request.
Both the quiet environment and comfortable bedrooms will help you sleep peacefully. There are three bedrooms that can accommodate up to six people. One bedroom sports a double bed while the other two have two single beds. A baby cot is also available upon request. All three bedrooms are on the first floor along with the spotless bathroom which includes a jacuzzi bathtub, shower and WC. An additional toilet is available on the ground floor.
Electric fans are provided for your comfort. You’ll also have access to a washing machine and ironing area, plus complimentary WiFi.
End cleaning, towels, linen, and the local tourist tax are all included in the price.
There are two parking spaces within the garage and five additional spaces outdoors. Please keep in mind a car is necessary for traveling to this property. Smoking is allowed outside only and pets are welcome.

The secluded Kaczawskie Mountains have a lot to offer the nature-loving tourist. Activities near the apartment include skiing, horseback riding, fishing, hiking and searching for minerals in Europe’s largest Agate deposit. A trip to the region certainly wouldn’t be complete without a hike up one of the area’s inactive volcanos! You may also wish to explore the restaurants and bars within 3 kilometres of your door. There is a supermarket only 10 kilometers away to keep you comfortable throughout your stay.
Further afield, Świerzawa to the south and Złotoryja to the north offer interesting day trips. The drive to Świerzawa through rolling hills is superbly beautiful. Once in the town, local restaurants serve up gastronomic pleasures sure to delight. In the opposite direction, Złotoryja will keep you busy for a day with its historic avenues, well-preserved churches and plentiful shops. If you are visiting in April, the Złotoryja Dance Arts Festival is a must-see!
