Set in the beautiful l’Aquarius residence, just north of the popular tourist destination of Hammamet and south of the thriving town of Nabeul, this bright and stylish 2nd floor apartment boasts modern comforts and an unbeatable location just 50 metres from the beach.
Inside, you’ll find air conditioning and central heating for year-round comfort. The living room is decorated in vibrant colours and boasts a flat-screen TV with satellite/cable channels. Off the living room is a sunny terrace, where you’ll enjoy views of the complex’s stunning swimming pool, measuring 12 x 4 metres and available in summer.

Nabeul is a beautiful coastal town situated on the southern part of the Cape Bon peninsula, known for its orange flower- and jasmine distillery industry, colourful markets, luxury hotels and beautiful gardens. The city is just north of the residence, while to the south you’ll find Hammamet, a popular swimming- and water sports destination known for its jasmine products. Apart from great shopping, bustling nightlife, full-service spas and interesting museums, things to see and do in the area include tennis, paragliding, fishing, horse riding, golf (at Hammamet Nord golf course, 2km away) and even ice skating!
Tunisian cuisine includes fragrant couscous dishes, great seafood, braised lamb and hearty tagines finished off with sweet filled pastries, fig liqueurs and aromatic mint tea. Easily sample it all, with the nearest restaurant just 50 metres from your door and a supermarket at 1km.
