Fantastic location
The property manager (Ana) was proactive in her communication. Once we arrived, we were greeted by Iris, who let us in and explained how everything worked. She was incredibly kind and helpful. The place had a few spots that could’ve been cleaner, however she noted that and said that they had hired a Ukrainian refugee who was learning how to clean. I appreciated that and was grateful to hear that they were helping the refugee. Otherwise, the place was great. You can’t have a better view or location. Everything is walking distance. You are ocean front. We have young children and we were happy to have a kids park right in front of the apartment. There are 2 full bathrooms which is rare for a T2. The only cons are that there is no AC and only one fan. It gets a bit warm inside. The other is the parking. It was nothing short of terrifying to park in the garage. It is the steepest drop I’ve ever encountered and when we were leaving, it took 2 tries to get out, while neighbours looked down from their balconies. They also said it was unusually difficult of a car park. I wouldn’t park there again unless I had a very small vehicle.
That being said, we would stay in the apartment again, and we would rent from Ana again as well. We will recommend this place to family and friends.
