Please excuse our neighborhood's projects - It seems the housing boom has hit our little downtown neighborhood which has created several renovation and new construction projects. What this means is that there may be commercial vehicles parked in the street and the sound of busy workers during business hours.

Very convenient location!
We were visiting Raleigh to watch hockey game and this place was a great location and clean and nice atmosphere! Easy to go anywhere in Raleigh!

Neat to have a cool little studio like this as a rentable property! Note to Expedia users: The confirmation email said that I would receive communication from the host before my arrival, but I think that must have gotten lost somewhere along the way. I was on the phone with Expedia multiple times on the way to the property, and they were of absolutely zero help. No one could figure it out. I had to look up the host to find his contact info because it was not provided by Expedia. You may be off renting this directly on Vrbo.

Hidden in plain sight little Gem
Absolutely great little Gem Hidden in plain sight. Perfect for a trip to North Carolina, close to downtown and most main highways. The Host were spot on with the details and personal touches. Lots of thought went into the design that you will appreciate.

20 year residents of Mordecai neighborhood and have lovingly restored a 1920s kit house (http://dailybungalow.blogspot.com/2015/06/blog-post.html). The backyard studio built in 2017 for guests and extra hangout space.

Raleigh is awesome! Beautiful weather, community and culture. You can easily get to all the cool sites from here - downtown, Dix park, amazing science, art and history museums, art galleries galore, restaurants and unique shops. Studio is modern with clean lines designed by local architect David Cole and Inclusion Studios.
