The apartment has a terrace with unobstructed views of the Brévent Massif.

A 5-minute walk: Chamonix central train station and bus station for shuttle services including Geneva

4 minutes walk: ski lifts for Aiguille du Midi and Brévent

The apartment, 3 rooms of 53 m2 brand new, located on the 2nd floor with elevator, can comfortably accommodate 4 people.

Very bright, it is fully covered with larch parquet and equipped with the utmost care to make you feel even better than at home: large flat screen satellite TV with home cinema in the living room, large flat screen TV in the large bedroom , wifi, fully-equipped kitchen, washer-dryer, large Italian shower, luxury hotel bedding, private underground parking, private ski locker (see details below)

5. A completely modular apartment according to your needs

In each of the 2 bedrooms, 2 sleeping arrangements are possible: king-size bed (180 * 200 cm) or 2 single beds (90 * 200 cm).

6. The comfort of an all-inclusive service

As in the hotel but with the comfort and space and more!

Our apartment is managed by an agency that takes care of everything to make you enjoy your stay 100%: linen provided (sheets, towels, ...) with beds made on arrival, cleaning at end of stay, and assistance throughout the stay in case of problem.

Everything is already included in our rental rates.

In addition, you can benefit from an entire catalog of optional services provided by the agency such as booking ski passes, airport shuttles, breakfast delivery, food shopping before your arrival. arrival, etc.

7. A kit baby / child infants gracefully made available

Cot, bath, chair, changing mat, crockery, everything is planned for the little ones!

Description of the apartment, room by room:

The large entrance is equipped with a mirror, a coat rack and a large closet, in which a washing machine (washing / drying) is available.

The lounge, open and spacious, has a WIFI system and a home theater TV with satellite channels (French + foreign). It is equipped with a large corner sofa. The dining room table can comfortably accommodate 4 people and have all the necessary equipment for good convivial dinners (raclette, fondue, etc.). A French window opens onto a balcony with a view of the Brévent massif and the pedestrian street at 30 meters. Another window allows to offer a very high brightness throughout the stay.

The kitchen, open to the living room, is equipped with the maximum of appliances: large fridge with freezer, oven, microwave oven, ceramic hob with hood, dishwasher, and many appliances for small appliances for you bring more comfort undeniable (coffee machine, toaster, blender, raclette, fondue, etc.). It is completed with a very complete quality tableware (wine glasses, aperitif glasses, champagne glasses, ...)

The large bedroom has a king-size double bed (180 * 200 cm) that can be converted into 2 large single beds (90 * 200 cm), a large flat-screen TV, a very large closet and a window with a view of the Brévent massif and the pedestrian street at 30 meters. It can also easily accommodate a cot if needed.

The small bedroom is also flexible and can be prepared either 2 large single beds (90 * 200 cm) or an extra large double king-size bed (180 * 200 cm). It is also furnished with a large closet and a window opening on the same view.

The bathroom has a large walk-in shower with hydromassage, a large vanity with a large mirror, a toilet, a heated towel rail and an electric hair dryer. It also has a large window offering great brightness.

Really nice, centrally located apartment.

The apartment is located just behind one of the main streets in the town centre and is close to everything. The apartment itself is great with everything you would expect for an enjoyable stay.

Communications with the owner Fabrice were excellent and the local agent Cyril, could not have been more helpful. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Nice modern 2 bedroom apartment with sofa bed in kitchen/diner.

We had a good 5 day skiing holiday in Chamonix. A car is advisable for moving between ski areas. The lift up to Aiguille Du Midi is a 5 min walk from the apartment and the lift upto Brevant is a 10 minute up hill walk - we didn’t test the ski bus service as we had a car. The apartment was very nice - clean and modern. There is an underground car park with ski locker. The owner and agent were most helpful and check-in/out arrangements were very professional.

A Wonderful Apartment in an Outstanding Location

Chamonix is just a top destination for me. I love everything about it whether snowboarding in the winter or cycling in the summer. This apartment was a real find as well. Sensibly priced and very well equipped, and furnished to a very high standard. It felt like home. And literally one small block back from the main street and the heart of the town, but so quiet in its location. Underground parking was simple and easy. I have stayed in all manner of accommodations over the last 20 years in the mountains all over Europe. Chamonix remains number 1, and the apartment certainly compliments it. We were greeted at the entrance to the parking as we had supplied an ETA and updated as we were stuck in traffic en-route due to more snow. We arrived before 8pm so no surcharge for late arrival, which is the only problem if you're stuck on the road or at the airport and it's not your fault! All in all, an excellent apartment and I would absolutely recommend it.
