The avr/night rate that you see quoted on the right is in USD converted from Canadian. When you click on rates/availability the rates you see are USD average based on my daily rates. When you click “Request to book” you see the daily rate X the number of nights that you requested quoted in Canadian funds. None of these prices are right, they are all higher than actual. When you request to book I will reply with the correct pricing or Google Casablanca Cottage and go to my web site for pricing.

The location is as good as it gets: Casablanca Cottage is ½ block from Queen street, the grocery store and The Royal George Theatre.

The front porch has seating for 6 people to sip wine and toast the horse and buggy crowd as they pass. The private side garden is your outdoor dining room with a Moroccan tile table and a Weber gas BBQ.

Inside the house are three bedrooms, two with queen beds, one with two single beds. The beds will all be made for you when you arrive, with warm duvets in winter, lighter duvets in summer. Each bedroom is supplied with two thick bath towels; hand towels are in the washrooms. The house has three washrooms, two of which have showers.

The kitchen has everything you need to eat at home and is open to the dining and living rooms making for great entertaining. The gas fireplace is wonderful on a cool day and on a warm afternoon you can open all of the windows and let summer in! If it is too hot, the house has central AC.

There is a flat screen TV with a High Definition feed that has the best picture you can imagine. The phone will allow free calling to about 60 countries and the Wi-Fi is fast.

Cozy Christmas

Such an incredible home to spend a family Christmas. Casablanca Cottage was cozy and inviting and in a great location. Thank you for the Christmas tree and decorations. The cottage is extremely well equipped and it really felt like home for the week. The owner, Don, was very helpful and accommodating. We will definitely be back!!!!

Great Location

This house was very comfortable for out group of six. We were able to view the Christmas candlelight walk from the front porch. The cottage was in the perfect location to allow us to enjoy the activities that we had planned for the weekend. Don, the owner was friendly and informative. He always responded quickly to my emails. I highly recommend this cottage as a great place to stay in NOTL.

Cute and cozy, close to everything

What a great spot to stay. This cottage was recommended to me by my sister-in-law who has stayed here also. It is very clean, has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. It is in a quiet neighbourhood and in easy walking distance of down town shopping, restaurants and attractions. No need to move your car as most times of the day you wouldn't be able to park much closer. The owner has left very clear instructions for everything in a binder which also includes a bit of interesting history on the home. Also there is a nice outdoor sitting/BBQ area/garden which I expect is lovely in the summer but too cool and wet for us to get much use of this visit. We were out two nights for supper. One at the Angel Inn and one at the Harp Pub. Both were good experiences and the live Irish music at the Harp was a bonus. I'd recommend making reservations at either place. Also a nice afternoon stop for coffee/tea and a treat is Balczaks Coffeehouse. Hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did.

Wonderful cottage!

My friend and I have stayed at a dozen places in Niagara on the Lake, and this is one of the best. We do everything by bike, et.al. shop the town, attend theatre, wineries, etc., and so this location is perfect. The amenities inside and out all lend to a wonderful experience. Would highly recommend.

Owner's Response: The house is 1/2 block from Queen street, about the same to the grocery store and the closest restaurant. The Royal George Theatre less than a block away. The house is a cozy getaway, with a gas fireplace and comfy soft furniture to enjoy. In summer all of the windows open so you can enjoy the fresh air (there is AC as well) in winter we change the duvets for the heavier winter ones to keep you cozy all night. This is our house and we ant you to enjoy it as much as we do.

Great get away place

Three couples have been staying at the cottage for several years. We love the location, the cottage comes equipped with almost everything you need. The three couples come from different locations in Ontario, this is the only time we get together so it is really nice having the living room, dining room and den to sit around (with some wine) to enjoy good company. The guys love the porch to enjoy a cigar and a scotch!

Location

Niagara Falls is a 20 minute drive away. Close to 100 wineries all with tasting bars within 20 miles. Many golf courses close by. No shortage of things to do!
