Coral Pearl Villa with pool and spa is situated on the beach and lagoon Grandfond. Lagoon of coral and small fish, protected by a barrier, perfect for snorkeling. There is a large veranda with sea view, a 'guétali' with bbq even closer to the beach and planted a deck around the pool. There are 4 air-conditioned bedrooms including a large master suite upstairs with ensuite bathroom and terrace facing the sea. There are 2 bathrooms and a fitted kitchen LL LV. WIFI. Car park.

Très belle propriété sur le bord de l’eau!
Superbe maison avec de grandes pièces, cuisines bien outillée et une terrasse de rêves avec petite piscine et le bruit de la mer en trame sonore. Bien localisée, à moins de 15 minutes de marche de plusieurs plages et restaurants.

Un havre de paix avec une vue exceptionnelle sur la mer.
Nous avons séjourné dans la villa du 19 au 27 février 2018. Nous étions 5 adultes et 4 enfants. 3 chambres climatisées au rez-de chaussé pour les adultes et tout l'étage climatisé pour les enfants avec vue sur mer de la terrasse où ils dormaient. La maison est très spacieuse et la cuisine très bien équipée. Vue exceptionnelle sur la mer et varangue très spacieuse permettant de vivre dehors par temps de pluie et de forte chaleur. La piscine est parfaite pour les plus petits et les plus grands. Douche extérieure et accès direct à la plage de la terrasse. Un cadre exceptionnel, idéalement situé à 5 mn de St Gilles et des commerces. Merci à M. BROCH pour sa réactivité et sa disponibilité. Nous avons pu profiter de la maison dès notre arrivée matinale et jusqu'au soir avant de prendre notre vol de nuit.

Charmante maison idéalement située qui nous a permis d'allier le plaisir au travail. Parfaite pour se détendre. Juste une chose SVP : agrandissez le trou du deck autour du magnifique veloutier !

Très belle maison
Le cadre est idéal. Les pieds dans l'eau sur une plage très calme, avec une magnifique terrasse et vue mer. La maison est décorée avec goût et toute équipée. L'emplacement est stratégique, à 5 minutes des centres de boucan-carnot et de Saint Gilles, avec un grand supermarché à 1 minute pour les courses alimentaires. Parfait pour profiter de vacances sur la côte ouest et se relaxer.
