McKinney Family Vacation
The condo was very nice and close to everything we were planning to do. Lisa was a big help with our son’s medical supply shipment and gave us all the information we needed of what to expect. Due to the large window facing the ocean, the front of the condo was very warm. Our solution was to put a fan in the hallway and blow it towards the front. Made a big difference. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful but neglected
This condo was beautiful, but not well maintained. The space needed to be vacuumed. Under tables and dressers, we found piles of candy wrappers, crackers, crumbs, and dust bunnies. The front door would not close or open easily. One of the dishwashers was leaking, the dryer took at least 3 cycles to dry towels, one of the toilets only flushed every third time, there was a burning smell from the dishwasher that did work, and many of the light fixtures didn't work. The kitchen sprayer was also broken, there were no filters over the stoverop, the lights in one of the refrigerators didn't work, the icemmaker didn't work on that same fridge, neither did the freezer. We lost all of our ice cream. The fridge with a working light froze all of our food even though we turned it to a low setting. Maintenance was unresponsive despite several attempts. The place is beautiful, but it has been neglected.

Great stay!
We loved our week long stay at PCB, this condo was big enough to comfortably accommodate our family of 11. Easy, quick communication with mgr and housekeeper, Lisa. She was prompt with requests and all communication, very nice lady! A few minor things could be corrected in the unit but they did not effect our wonderful stay (ceiling fan in 2 full bedroom didn’t work and the toilet seat was broken in that bathroom, bathroom sinks drained slow, some lightbulbs replaced). The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook with and we loved having two refrigerators. The entire complex was not overly crowded and the elevators were fast. Easy parking too! Would recommend! Thanks!

We loved the arrangement of the rooms, the beach was beautiful and the pool areas were very nice. We did notice that there were some things in need of repair. The sink and bathtub in spare bath, (first to the right as you walk in), drain VERY slow, and the towel rack falls out easily. The toilet in the bathroom connected to the smaller bedroom leaks out at the base. Light bulb is out and a piece of tile by the whirlpool tub was loose in the master bath. There were no hot pads, dish towels or dish cloths. The comforter in one room was dirty, some sort of stain on it and I found someone else’s contacts in the floor of the master bath-did the floor not get washed? I know that seems like a lot, but overall we had a wonderful time. Just some things needed fixing and cleaning.

Ocean Blue is a fabulous complex with many wonderful amenities and plenty of wow factor! We were really attracted to the building's sense of privacy with only 3 units per floor yet the location of the building on Ocean Boulevard made sure we were close to all the action!!....the best of both worlds! Dollar for dollar, we feel like Myrtle Beach delivers the best bang for one's buck! There is something for everyone; whether you enjoy theme parks, live entertainment, shopping, watersports, low-country southern cuizine or just a long walk on the beach. The weather in Myrtle Beach is great and the gorgeous carolina beaches are out of this world! A vacation to Myrtle Beach is sure to create a memory you'll want to repeat again!

What makes this property unique

#903 Ocean Blue is loaded with goodies like granite kitchen tops, flat screen TVs, a media room, a wet bar, wifi, two decks and an ocean front view that will blow your mind! The lazy river is one of my favorite common areas the resort has to offer. Just minutes away, guests will find the newly developed Market Commons for all their upscale grocery needs as well as major retail and dining facilities like P.F. Chang's or Pottery Barn and Anthropologie. Some other hot spots are Broadway at the Beach, Dixie Stampede, many professional golf courses, water parks, helicopter rides or an easy day fishing on one of Myrtle Beach's many public piers. All in all, Myrtle Beach is a unique and fun-filled vacation destination where its guests are sure to find what they want along with a little southern hospitality!
