Very nice family house, spacious, overlooking the entire Lake Bourget, south-facing hillside, beautiful sunshine, ideally located in a typical village of Brison-Saint-Innocent 3 kilometers from the center of Aix-les-Bains. Possibility of walks in the forest or the lake, walking or cycling, 10 minutes from the center of Aix-Les-Bains, 20 minutes from Chambéry, 25 minutes from Annecy and 40 minutes from Geneva.
Numerous water sports, beach 5 minutes, mountain walks Mont Revard (1500m altitude), Dent du chat (1390m altitude), tennis 5 minutes, golf course 15 minutes. Possibilities with additional costs: booking tennis courts, beauty treatments and massages at home, additional housekeeping services.

Belle région
Belle demeure située sur les hauteurs du lac du Bourget. Une vue superbe sur le lac. Très belle région, avec beaucoup d'activités à faire et à visiter à proximité. Nous avons passer un bon séjour en famille. Merci à notre hôte.

There were a number of problems with the house. It is in a very noisy location on the corner of a car rat-run used all day and evening by cars, buzzing mopeds and vans which are always in your ears and wake you up at 7am and are using it late at night. Some of our guests did not sleep well all week which is not good for a holiday. There is also a street light which shines into one of the bedrooms all night. Some of the mattresses are old, hard and very uncomfortable. It was just ok for 6 but not for 10. Only 6 people could sit in the living room or use the dining table inside. 10 people would be crowded and sleep very badly. The hot water ran out after two or three showers each day. This was said to not allow 7 baths but it did not allow three showers before running cold. There is also not a proper shower. The kitchen is too small and old for a large number of guests and was very poor and in need of modernising. The bikes were in ooor condition. The table tennis table did not have a working net so was useless. Parking was very difficult with the occupier agent downstairs using it as well. A requirement of 1,500 Euros in cash as deposit is far too much. The terrace and view were nice but I would not recommend this to anyone and think it was overpriced for the quality of the house and the actual experience.

Mooi ruim huis met groot terras en uitzicht op het meer
Het huis is op de berg gebouwd waardoor het uitzicht prachtig is. Je kijkt uit over het dorp, het meer en de bergen eromheen. Het huis is op 1e verdieping, het is ruim opgezet en ingedeeld. Wij zaten met 7 personen maar ook met 10 is dit een heerlijk huis. Het interieur is een beetje gedateerd maar de luxe, ruimte en heerlijk supergroot terras met grote eettafel, ruime loungehoek en ligstoelen zijn fantastisch!! Wij hebben gefietst (wielrennen) in de omgeving en dat is echt een aanrader. Kortom: prima huis voor groepen. 1500 euro borg vond ik wel beetje overdreven veel. Eigenaresse woont op begane grond.
