This popular split-level Gold unit provides great views of the ocean and pool from both the main living area, as well as the master bedroom.
This unit has been updated with bamboo hardwood floors throughout the living areas and kitchen. The interior is nicely accompanied by new Pottery Barn furniture and two flat-screen TVs.
The downstairs bathroom provides a shower, sink, and toilet area, and a full bathroom upstairs accompanies the master bedroom. Both bathrooms have been updated with new travertine tile, new cabinets, and granite countertops.
The kitchen has been fully updated with all new cabinets, granite countertops and lighting, nicely accompanied by Dacor appliances.
Additional amenities include front-load, full size washer and dryer next to the upstairs master bathroom, wireless/wired high-speed internet access, color printer/scanner/copier, unlimited domestic (and Canada) long distance, central air conditioning, and a fully equipped kitchen.
Minimum stay of 5 nights, though we will consider 3 or 4 night stays for fill-ins.

- For stays less than 5 nights, a maid fee of $300 will be incurred.
- Tax includes a 4.166% General Excise Tax and a 9.25% Transient Accomodation Tax (TAT is required for rentals less than 180 days)

A 35% deposit is due with the rental agreement, with the remaining amount due 45 days prior to your arrival date. If your arrival date is less than 45 days, the full amount is due with the rental agreement. Final payment is due 90 days prior for the holiday period in December and early January.
