This penthouse high standing is located in the district of Avenue Louise "Les Champs Elysées de Bruxelles" famous for its luxury boutiques, museums and art galleries.

With an interior High Tech and high standing, elegantly decorated, this apartment of 300 m2 is cozy with a lovely wooden floors and many woodwork.

This amazing flat, on 3 floors, has large windows giving access to beautiful terraces, you can enjoy a top view over the rooftops of Brussels.

Thanks to both East and West exposures you will have the pleasure of seeing beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The apartment is bathed continuously in a lovely light.

It is on the 9th floor and private elevator with direct access into the apartment.

Both the lounge areas are equipped with audio Bose and Bang Olufsen high quality System. One rather for reception with fireplace with ethanol and the other, very nice to enjoy a movie on a big screen with Home Cinema.

Enjoy a nice dining area equipped with a large table to receive your guests and a very spacious kitchen with very lofty gaits. It is very well furnished, gas stove, two ovens, a microwave, Nespresso, and all the equipment needed for cooking.

Upstairs, the "Master bedroom" offers a double exposure East / West with a private terrace on each side of the bed, the sight is spectacular! A private bathroom with walk-in shower, underfloor heating, double sinks and a separate toilet. The bedroom is equipped with a flat screen that fits into the console in front of the bed.

East side, there is a second bedroom from where you will enjoy the view from your bed! It also has a private walk-in shower and a toilet.

The third bedroom has a beautiful view of Bruxelles on West side and many cupboards.

It has a a pretty bathroom on the floor with a toilet inside.

On the 3rd level, you can use the elliptical bicycle in a nice room with a fully glazed breathtaking view over the rooftops of Brussels.

The apartment is well equipped with WiFi in each room.

Services of house staff are included in the rental price from one week stay.

Michel is coming one hour a day to make beds, clean bathrooms and kitchen between 10am and 5pm at your convenience.

Linen is included from one week stay, for less than one week, price is 29 euro per person.

Cleaning fees : 120 euro

A laundry area with washer / dryer, iron and ironing board and a private parking space in the basement are available ( one car park).

The entrance of the very prestigious building is just 20 meters from the Abbaye tram stop, 15 minutes walk from the Horta Museum and 20 minutes drive from Brussels Airport. This area (Elsene / Ixelles) is an ideal choice for travelers who are interested in these topics: living in the city, food and culture.

The grocery's shop is just down the building which is very convenient.

The largest park of Brussels, the "Bois de la Cambre" is only 700 meters. The Thalys and Eurostar station, the Grand Place and the Sablon antiques market are just 10 minutes.

We loved our stay in Brussels. The flat is furnished with beautiful furniture. The views are lovely in every direction. It is close to the park and tram. Lots of restaurants and close to grocery stores. The kitchen is stocked with good quality cookware and dishes. The microwave is a bit wonky but we managed to get it to work. There was a leaky sink problem and some tiny ants.

Michel was very nice. Easy to communicate with. He answered all our questions.

The one problem we had was with Deborah. A couple of days before we checked in, she sent me a text telling me to pay Michel cash for the linens and the housekeeper. When I have rented VRBO in the past, these charges have always been included in the daily rental rate. This was unusual but not as odd as her other request for me to text my credit card information to her so she could take a $5,000 security deposit. I told her I was only comfortable with charges through VRBO. She said it was too late to use VRBO but I could send her a photo of my card if I would rather. Sending credit card information this way is not secure and not recommended (or guaranteed) by VRBO. Deborah insisted that the request was listed on her description of the apartment and that if I didn't agree I should not have rented the apartment. I double checked on the website and it does not include this very odd and unprofessional request. After a very lengthy and uncomfortable exchange with Deborah on the phone, when we arrived at the flat, she spoke to Michel and I guess they decided to let us stay without my credit card information but it was a very uneasy position to be put in.

We spent New Years in the flat and it was a lovely place to begin the new year.

The apartment was beautiful and expansive.

The apartment is in a nice location within walking distance to many restaurants. Downtown is an easy 10 minute tram ride. The apartment is very large and very beautiful, the Best rental you could find in Brussels.

We visited the Penthouse in August and it was amazing. We have stayed in some very nice places and this was up there. The elevator opens up right into the penthouse, the views are amazing and the home has every luxury and upgrade you could ask for. Location was perfect as it wasn't in the middle of all the tourists but close enough to take the train or walk if your adventurous. Great coffee shop down the street (can't remember the name). Michel was great also. He helped us with reservations and recommendations and was spot on. If you have a chance to stay here I would not think twice about it. Worth it!

Just amazing!!

We spent 2 weeks in May 2015 in this wonderfull Penthouse, it's even better than the pictures, the view is incredible! Everything is very high standing.

Michel warmly welcomed us and he was very helpful coming every day during one hour.

The location is perfect as it is really close to the nicest areas of Bruxelles, and there is a tram's stop just in front of the prestigious building.

Thank you for this amazing stay!!
