This comfortable house of 60m², with included hotel services, is the ideal place for a relaxing stay at 4 or 6 people occasionally.
Tastefully renovated and contemporary style, the Atelier Claire has a sunny exposure with a 40m² terrace with views of the Puy de Sancy.
Located less than 500m from the town center, it offers all the comfort for a family or a couple of friends:
- 1 fully equipped kitchen with center island
- 1 living room (TV, DVD player, Internet, hi-fi system) opening onto a large sun terrace with barbecue, deckchairs, garden set
- 1 sauna, separate toilet
- 2 bedrooms with private bathrooms: 160 beds and 2 * 90. Access to the second room, equipped with a TV, is through the terrace.
- 1 extra bed for 2 people, possible in the living room: sofa bed 140.
- 1 garage and private parking.
- 1 terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and 2 sun.
Claire's workshop, is located in Mont-Dore, nature and spa resort offering a range of services, sites and activities: ski, Nordic area, many hiking trails (on foot, horseback, mountain bike, Trail ...), waterfalls, shops and restaurants, spa, casino, numerous music festivals ...

Mont Dore appartement avec terrasse
Appartement très agréable, donnant sur une belle terrasse face aux arbres, à l'entrée du Mont Dore, avec une vue dégagée sur la ville et le Sancy en perspective. Pratique à vivre à tous égards, bien équipé. La situation en bord de route est très peu gênante, car tout l'appartement donne côté arbres, l'appartement est donc bien suffisamment calme. Seul bémol: par temps pluvieux au moins, la chambre/salle d'eau indépendante sent très fortement l'humidité. Par ailleurs, la personne en charge de l'accueil est extrêmement courtoise et arrangeante.

Appartement bien situé avec une vue magnifique mais séjour gâché par une odeur nauséabonde dans la salle de bains attenante à la chambre, propreté qui laisse vraiment à désirer (si les coins en veulent, ils s'approchent), équipements vieux et pas en bon état (porte coulissantes qui coulissent pas!, tabourets de bars qui branlent dans tous les sens, pas de chaises ni de table car c'est un îlot central (très haut de surcroît)!!! J'en passe et des meilleurs!! pour le prix de la prestation, nous attendions vraiment un service et des équipements irréprochables!!! La propriétaire des lieux devrait aller passer un petit séjour dans son appartement et nous dire si elle accepterait de payer quasiment 200.00 € la nuitée dans cet appartement!!! Classé 4* quand même!!! de qui se moque-t-on??? A bon entendeur......

Nous avons séjournés 3 jours dans cet appartement très bien situé c'est le seul avantage. Pour ce qui est des prestations et du ménage, ça n'est pas du tout à la hauteur du prix demandé. Ce qui nous a le plus dérangé a été l'état de l'appartement, ménage inexistant, poussière partout, miettes et déchets sous le canapé, rideaux de douche déchiré, avec des traces douteuses, éclaboussures suspectes dans les wc, des tabourets branlants et dangereux dans la cuisine...et j'en passe!!! C'est déjà limite en temps normal mais en temps de pandémie c'est franchement inacceptable. A revoir totalement pour prétendre à un tarif à plus de 200€ par nuit.

Très belle vue
Attention la chambre est très humide (moisissures et sol mouillé le matin). Le reste de l'appartement et la terrasse sont très agréables. A ce prix on aimerait un fond de cuisine (sel, poivre, huile, vinaigre) du savon dans les douches et du papier dans les toilettes.
