Come and get away for the weekend or stay for a few weeks and enjoy the serenity of beautiful sunsets and spectacular ocean views. Some mornings you’ll see baby deer wondering through the front lawn or magnificent eagles flying above; if you’re lucky you might even see whales migrating through the islands. Bring your friends or your kids and enjoy the beauty of Camano Island and other neighboring islands, such as Whidbey, San Juan, Orcas and Victoria, BC.
Camano Island is the only island that you can drive onto without taking a ferry. If you feel adventurous, visit the neighboring islands for a day trip; which makes this location for vacationers convenient to explore the best of the Northwest.

THINGS TO DO: Consider taking a hike and enjoying Cama Beach at the end of the island with our seasonal guest pass to the State Park. There are some fantastic places to eat at the Camano Island Marketplace with some of the best ribs (ORLANDO’S), specialty beers (NAKED CITY), and my favorite... is getting up in the morning for a good cup of coffee and a yummy pastry from Camano Island Coffee Roasters. There will be weekend summer concerts that take place at this marketplace which is a great way to unwind and enjoy the sounds of some fantastic local musicians.
DECEPTION PASS: Enjoy a short ride to Whidbey Island and see the amazing views from the bridge. Pack a picnic and hike down to the beach. It’s a great spot for family photos or selfies!
CANADA: Drive two hours the border and enter into Vancouver BC - explore this beautiful city with spectacular views and great restaurants. Be sure to bring your passport and expect long lines at the border crossing.
ANACORTES / SAN JUAN: is about 1 hour away where you could take the ferry to the San Juan Islands. Bring your bikes or stroll along the waterfront to do a little shopping and have lunch.
LA CONNER: is right around the corner to stroll around and shop or just kick back and enjoy a cold beer with fish & chips. Stroll through the historical museum, the Museum of NW Art and appreciate the fine art from local artisans.
