T2 of 40 m². Calm. Comfort. Kitchen open to the dining room equipped with a ceramic hob with 2 burners, microwave, dishwasher, television. Independent bedroom with 1 double bed + TV. Bathroom (bath) electric towel dryer, washing machine, separate WC. Garden furniture (table and 4 chairs).
Shared courtyard with another tenant.

Animals not accepted.

A deposit of 375 euros will be required at the entrance of the premises, it will not be cashed but returned at the exit in case of no damage.

l'ile de Ré
Le logement correspond aux photos de l'annonce. L'hôte nous a transmis le code pour les clés, donc pas d'inquiétude pour l'arrivée à heure précise ! Elle nous a proposé de quitter les lieux plus tard si on le souhaité ! Nous reviendrons !

Acceuille choccante.
C'etait une histoire incroyable: Nous avons réservé et payé tout pour l'appartement du 12 - 24 juin 2023 déjà en janvier. Avant notre départ nous avons écrit, que nous arriverons le 12 juin vers 19:00, parce qu'on voyage avec le traffic puplique. La réponse de Mme Illien était: Vous devez arriver juste à 16:00, autrement je vais storner votre réservation. Puis nous l'avons appeler, que ce n'est pas possible pour nous et quand on fait la réservation, c'était écrit de l'organosation FeWo - direct.de check in a partir de 16:00 (allemend: ab 16:00). Mme Illien n'était pas d'accord et très antipathique. En ce cas on a décidé de passer une nuit dans un hôtel à La Rochelle pour pouvoir arriver le lendemain (13 juin) juste à 16:00. On a fait commeça. Mmw Illien était là et nous a fait entrer dans l'appartement. Le sol était encore humide du nettoyage. Elle voulait notre payement toute-de-suite. Mais voyant que dans les lits manquait les draps on a protesté. De nulle part c'était écrit de devoir les emporter. Elle voulait qu'on loue les draps d'une entreprise inconnue de nous (à pied environ 1 h) et sans les draps on n'a pas payé. Pendant ce disput on a téléfoné avec FeWo-direct.de mais on n'a pas pu nous aider. On nous a seulement promis de chercher pour nous un autre appartement pour le lendemain. Pendant ce temps, Mme Illien a mis tout nos bagages devant la porte, a fermé l'appartement et elle est partie en voiture plein de colère et nous avons passé le séjour dans un camping.
