Located in the heart of Valletta. Tucked in a quiet alley right next to the Palace of the Grand Master, this newly renovated designer apartment offers accommodation up to 4 people . . . a perfect base to discover the city!!

The Space

•LIVE.
This is a completely renovated flat situated on the first floor of a post-war building with high ceilings and mid-century modern inspired furnishings. The whole space consists of a huge open plan kitchen / living / dining, one queen size bedroom and a bathroom with rain shower. The living room is furnished with an Italian hand crafted sofa which can easily turn in a plushy bed and sleeps 2 persons. The dining area features an extendable 8 person wooden table with Charles and Ray Eames dining chairs. In the bedroom... a double bed with orthopedic mattress, Egyptian cotton linen and goose feather quilt.

•PLAY.
The living room features a 32'' LCD TV equipped with cable TV and DVD player. Connect to the speaker system via Bluetooth with your smart phone, tablet or laptop and play your own music. A vast collection of books is available for your reading pleasure.

•EAT.
The kitchen is newly renovated and fully equipped for self-catering holidays. It has an electric stove, an electric fan assisted oven, microwave, toaster, and a Krups coffee and tea maker.

WiFi is of course included.

For the extra sleeping arrangement we provide extra linen and pillows for the sofa which can sleep 2 persons.

The apparent we stayed at was in the centre of Valletta a ideal spot The apparent had everything you would need WiFi TV with some English channels helpful owners that arranged pickup from airport and return in the fridge two large bottles of water and carton of orange juice we strongly recommend this place Roger

Bel appartement très bien situé ou il manque cependant quelques équipements utiles.
L'appartement est bien quoiqu'un peu sombre et il est très bien situé dans Valletta. Le quartier est calme et situé en plein centre proche du palais des grands maitres. Il y manque cependant quelques équipements : essoreuse à salade, sèche-serviettes électrique (les serviettes de toilette ne sèchent pas en 48 h) essuie-mains et torchons de vaisselle insuffisants...La mise à disposition des clés par une boite extérieure est une bonne chose . La gardienne, qui est venue après notre arrivée, n'avait visiblement pas très envie d'entrer ni de s'étendre en explications, elle aurait pu par exemple se rendre compte que la télévision ne marchait pas, sans doute depuis quelque temps déjà. Nous ne l'avons pas vue non plus à notre départ. ces quelques remarques n'enlèvent rien au fait que nos hôtes ont été charmants dans tous les échanges que nous avons eu par mail et par SMS et ont répondu à nos questions.

Excellent location in clean, modern Apt!
We couldn't have asked for a better place to serve as our base during the 12 days we spent in Malta. Fantastic location within Valletta and very close to everything! Walking distance to all the sites in Valletta and to the ferry for Sliema, as well as the bus terminal (which will take you anywhere on the island). The apartment is comfortable and modern... we will definitely consider it next time to visit Malta!

Very nice apartment in good location.
Very nice, modern apartment , close to main Valletta attractions and good restaurants. Nice and helpful owner , organised taxi for us from and to airport. Apartment is spacious, very clean and well equipped . Very safe area, close to everything, but not noisy. Would stay again and can recommend it.

My wife is a senior purchasing manager at a local food factory and I am an office administrator in a company involved in the fuel sector. In my free time I do graphical design. Our property is all about design and top comfort. We love to host and we will do our best to make you feel at home providing you with inside information on our magnificent city as well as other places to visit in Malta during your stay.

Why they chose this property

We LOVE Valletta and this property offers the best of both worlds. We know a city can be noisy but you don't want to be too far from all the great attractions. This apartment is situated in a cute street right next to the Grand Master Palace in St George's Square at the centre of Valletta. There is a small trattoria just as you exit the building, cafes and wine bars within 2 minutes walking distance.

What makes this property unique

The original building was destroyed in World War II and it was reconstructed in the post war building boom. It features a big hallway with traditional original Maltese patterned tiles. Inside the high ceilings gives the feeling of a much bigger space. The apartments consists of 80 square metres of luxury and comfort.
