Very nice villa, quiet (at the end of a dead end in the middle of an oak wood), located in the commune of Pourrières, at the foot of the Sainte-Victoire, 20 minutes by car from Aix-en-Provence and 45 minutes from Marseille and its beaches and 48 km from Cassis.
Surface of 125 m², 3 bedrooms accommodation capacity up to 6 people.
Fully equipped American kitchen: dishwasher, fridge freezer, hob, washing machine in the laundry room. Living / dining room of 60 m², with flat screen TV, Hi-fi video, table football ...

Explore from here the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur
Located approx. 30 min east of Aix-en-Provence the house is a quite nice starting point to explore the region, cities and beaches are within 1-1,5 hr driving distance (Marseille 1 hr, Nice 1,5 hr, St. Tropez, 1,5 hr, beache 1 hr). The neighborhood is very quiet, far away from any tourism and traffic. If not discovering the region the spacious garden with its pool and lounge suite offers a nice space to retreat and recover. Multiple supermarkets are about 10-15 min drive away. Despite of our late arrival due to traffic Lionel, the owner of the house, welcomed us very warmely and was always reachable and of assistance throughout our stay. We were there as a family with two kids (14, 16) and enjoyed the two weeks of vacation very much. Tim & family
