WELCOME to our 2 Bedrooms +1 Hall spacious apartment (95 with 2 Kingsize beds & 2 single beds, 2 Sofa bed, can comfortably accommodate 6-7 people, 2nd floor) with a gorgeous sea view, located on the coast of the Bosphorous in Istanbul Old City (Ancient Peninsula). It is a charming flat (renovated in 2019) with modern facilities.

Wifi, luxury sheets, towels, big satellite TV, toys, games, furniture, fully-equipped kitchen with all facilities (so that guests can cook & eat as they wish), fridge,washing machine, iron & iron bed, including 2 bedrooms, large living and dining space, 1 shower & toilets.

YOU will have the house to yourselves but we will meet you to welcome and hand over the keys and show you all the features of the house and area, give useful information whenever you want.

Note: We do not live in this house. We keep it just for our guests.

OUR central location is within walking distance of Istanbul's most popular historical, cultural and tourist attractions such as the Blue Mosque, Hippodrome Square, Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace, the Egyptian (Spice) Bazaar, the Golden Horn and many others. Just a few minutes' walk from the apartment’s door get the tram and train stations, offering rapid and easy transportation to all parts of Istanbul.

we will be there upon your arrival to show you necessary house manuals :)

first of all you are probably a tourist for short term vacation, coming from another country so please keep in mind that this is TURKEY, it has it's own culture and social customs which might be naturally even a bit different! like we never use shoes (use for outside) inside the house! ...

secondly as a short term vacation rental flat we try to provide home basics so please don't expect every single details according your own needs :)

Amazing place to stay with a stunning view!
We had a wonderful time staying in this listing. The rooms were very clean and of course, the view was breathtaking. It was great to have A/C, great wifi, and a washing machine. The owner provided us with great recommendations of places to visit, eat, and explore. Checking in and out was easy, and it was truly a wonderful time. 10/10 recommend staying here, and would love to stay again.

When we arrive they brought us to another apartment, totally different from the one we've chosen, ugly and noisy. They told us there was still people in "our" apartment so we couldn't check in there before the day after! They expected us to spend the first day in that noise and ugly place. As we protested, they found a new, nice apartment for us in the same square. In the day after, we finally check in in the apartment we had rent. This was a good apartment, with excellent views, as described. Then, the following day, they asked us if we would mind if they bring people to visit the apartment during our stay! Which of course we did! So we have mixed feeling about a nice place and a messy experience.

Our family's stay in Istanbul was amazing mostly because we stayed at this place! The apartment is beautiful, spacious, clean with everything a family needs for a good vacation. It is centrally located and the person who manages it (Ramazan) is the most kind and helpful host I have ever met. We had a blast and we cannot thank Ramazan enough for our wonderful time in Istanbul!
