Tolles Haus mit wunderschönen Ausblick
Wir (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder - 2 und 5 Jahre) waren eine ganze Woche im Haus von Julien und haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung hält alles parat was man so braucht. Durch die Treppen zum Pool muss man etwas auf kleine Kinder aufpassen, aber das war von uns bewusst in Kauf genommen und war auch kein Problem. Die Kinder haben sich dafür über die Katze gefreut, die immer mal wieder vorbei schaut :) Der Weg zum Haus ist zwar steil, aber mit dem Auto auf jeden Fall machbar. Julien hat bei Fragen immer schnell geantwortet und war jederzeit erreichbar. Insgesamt haben wir uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und wären gerne länger geblieben.

Super séjour
Nous sommes partis en vacance en famille dans cette superbe villa. Maison équipée avec l’essentiel, propre et très jolie. La vue est imprenable, la maison est spacieuse, parfaite pour accueillir 8 personnes (nous étions avec 2 enfants donc 1 en bas âge). Notre chien a su trouver son bonheur aussi. La région est riche, vous trouverez des activités pour tous les goûts. Nous recommandons !

Schön gelegen, sehr ruhig
Das Haus hat 4 geräumige Doppelzimmer, davon 2 im Erdgeschoss (unklimatisiert) und 2 im Dachgeschoss (klimatisiert), eine schöne Wohnküche, ein großes Wohnzimmer und auf jeder Etage jeweils ein Bad. Die Ausstattung ist schlicht aber in Ordnung, die Betten sind bequem. Das Haus liegt in den Bergen etwas außerhalb und ist nur mit dem Auto (mühsam) zu erreichen. Nach Draguignan braucht man 10 Minuten, zur A8 ca. 20 und an die Küste ca. 45 (Saint-Maxime). Als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge recht zentral gelegen. Der Pool ist zur Abkühlung im Juli und August perfekt und über eine Natursteintreppe von der Terrasse aus erreichbar. Weber-Grill ist vorhanden, erfordert allerdings etwas Mut und Geschick beim (manuellen) Anzünden. Die Automatik ist leider defekt. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Julien ist ein netter und zuverlässiger Vermieter, der jederzeit kurzfristig erreichbar ist. Wir fanden allerdings den Mietpreis etwas zu hoch.

Notre hôte Julien, Est une personne très sympathique et désireuse de rendre vos vacances plaisantes et confortables, toujours là au moindre petit souci ! Petit plus, il possède un très bon restaurant au centre-ville historique de Draguignan. Merci Julien

The house is great with a good view all over Draguignan. Driving to the house nevertheless is a challenge due to very narrow and steep streets
