-Minimum Renter age is 25,this guest must be residing at property for the duration of the stay
-Check in is 4pm, to give our housekeepers optimal time to prepare the property we do not offer an early check in option.
-Check out is 10am, no late check outs available, no exceptions.
-1 set of linens and towels are provided for all stays.
-Arrival information will be sent 3 days prior to check in.
-Non-smoking.
-No pets allowed
-Beach Towels Not provided
-No motorcycles, golf carts, or trailers
-Garage clearance is 6'8
