The wonderful Vernette calanque is in a typical Mediterranean environment. The house, lulled by the chirping cicadas, is located underneath pinewoods that are fragrant with the sweet scents of the trees and the sea air. The sea is 30 metres away...

The house offers superb views of the Mediterranean and the golden rocks at Pin Rolland, "all is luxury, tranquillity, and voluptuousness". Tastefully renovated, the house offers comprehensive and luxurious amenities. The living area gives onto the garden that leads down to the calanque's azure waters. The living area is spacious and very comfortable. The kitchen, in the living room extension, features a complete set of modern equipment in a warm and convivial atmosphere that will meet demanding standards. The house boasts three bedrooms, each with a double bed and a different ambiance. Two give onto the garden, which is fitted in a Mediterranean landscape. The pebble, travertine, and stone bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower and double bowl sinks that give this space a relaxing, warm ambiance.

The inlet at the foot of the house, the wonderful swimming, the games, and the fish are not to be missed. The sandy beach is only a 5-minute walk away. We are 300 metres from a pebble beach. The Jacuzzi overlooks the pretty, azure sea. We offer a kayak. The barbecue and the grill are perfect for cooking tantalising treats...

This idyllic environment is ideal for quiet contemplation, relaxation, and enjoying the pleasures that we offer during your stay. Come and spend your holidays in one of the most varied and beautiful regions in France.

The house is rented by the week. If you would like a shorter stay, please contact us. Despite all of the affection that pets give, they are not allowed. You can smoke on the terrace that offers outstanding views and lets us keep our house a no smoking area ;-). Thank you in advance. The area is calm and maintains a neighbourhood-like feel.

Fabulous property - amazing views!
The property is exactly as listed on the VRBO site. The views of the bay are stunning and access to at least three beaches on foot is excellent. Facilities are great with a choice of BBQS, hot tub, chairs, loungers and outside dining in a lovely garden area. Internally the rooms are immaculate with good facilities again - dishwasher, washing machine, TV, oven, hob, fridge, freezers and microwave, Walter and Segolene are brilliant hosts - meeting you on arrival to explain how to work all the appliances and giving recommendations for your stay. They then leave you to enjoy the house in privacy - but are available at all times via telephone for any queries. We had the most relaxing and enjoyable holiday in the property and found La Seyne to be full of restaurants and amenities with a great sandy beach. The only negative point would be the lack of air-conditioning that made sleeping uncomfortable in a week where temperatures hit 40 degrees. However, this is a decision made by the hosts to counter the effects of climate change - so their decision must be respected. We purchased some inexpensive fans to cool us down and the issue was solved! Thanks again Walter and Segolene - your house is amazing and you are perfect hosts. Steve, Anne & Joe.

Wunderschönes und liebevoll ausgestattetes Haus in toller Lage
Das Haus liegt perfekt in fussläufiger Nähe zu drei verschiedenen Stränden (Steinstrand 5 Minuten, Kiesstrand 10 Minunge) und bester Sandstrand 15 Minuten. Auch die täglichen benötigten Dinge können gut ohne Auto erledigt werden. Das Haus selbst ist sehr schön und liebevoll eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich, als ob man bei Freunden zu Besuch ist und nicht in einem Ferienhaus. Alles, was wir benötigt haben, lag in bester Qualität bereit. Wir waren mit fünf Personen (Eltern und drei 20jährige Mädchen) im Haus und hatten zunächst Bedenken, ob das mit einer Toilette klappt. Nachdem wir aber ein "Handyverbot" für die Zeit der Nutzung der Toilette ausgesprochen hatten, war das überhaupt kein Problem. Die Kommunikation mit Walter war perfekt. Er hat unfassbar schnell reagiert und konnte alle Fragen unmittelbar beantworten bzw. auflösen. Wir empfehlen das Haus mit dem wunderbaren Blick und Walter als Vermieter aus vollem Herzen und uneingeschränkt. Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen und vermissen dieses schöne Plätzchen Erde sehr.

traumhaft schöne Unterkunft
Ein äußerst geschmackvoll, mit allem, was man evt. benötigen könnte, eingerichtetes Haus in schönster Lage. Die verschiedenen Sitzmöglichkeiten ermöglichen, mit der Sonne oder dem Schatten um das Haus zu wandern oder es sich in dem großen Garten gemütlich zu machen. Walter und Segolène sind sehr entgegenkommende, nette, hilfsbereite Gastgeber - es war ein Aufenthalt, der einfach traumhaft war! Wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Schöner Urlaub in ruhiger Lage mit Meerblick
Wir haben den Aufenthalt in dem Haus mit Meerblick sehr genossen. Man ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß an verschieden Stränden. Das Haus innen wie außen ist sehr gut ausgestattet.

The world, the globe that continues to grow and change every day, is very beautiful... We would like to travel with our two children to give them the opportunity to discover landscapes, flavours, people, and cultures. Our house is sure to delight holidaymakers in search of a peaceful location. It is close to the sea underneath the pinewoods, where the scents blend perfectly with the chirping cicadas offering you the chance to relax and unwind. There are also water sports, hiking paths, mountain bike trails, etc.

What makes this property unique

Our seaside house is close to all the shops and facilities, opening onto the coastal path that is great for those who love hiking and breathtaking landscapes. This calm area is perfect for leisurely relaxation, as well as all sorts of activities (water activities, mountain biking, hiking, etc.). Parents of young children can rest assured that you can reach the calanque without crossing the road; it is a 30-metre walk away.

The Jacuzzi is perfect for spending pleasant, relaxing moments. A kayak is at your disposal.
