Free Covered Boat Slip!! Come and be our guests in beautiful Cumberland County Kentucky for your next getaway. New Furnishings & Renovations throughout for 2024. We installed Waterproof flooring throughout, new Paint throughout, and New toilets. New furnishings and decorations throughout the house as well. New Bedding/linens, utensils, etc. are stocked in this house along with upgraded Fibre Optic WIFI & Mesh Wireless Modem for a great signal aound the house and basement. It sits on 8.5 Acres with plenty of parking for trailers and a sloping fenced pasture in back surrounded by a treeline beyond. Relax and enjoy the evening sunset on the connected back deck/carport/front porch while griling dinner on our 2023 Large Weber Propane Grill. We have 2 47 Inch LED TV's w/ You Tube TV (with expanded Sports Package) and Roku Access for any channels you wish to watch so you can enjoy the race or game after a day on the lake. Additional Living Room area in the basement is great for the kids that would like to hang out by themselves or play video games or watch their favorite channels. The property is less than a city block from the Dale Hollow Lake State Resort Park Gate, Golf Course, and the State Park Marina. 12Ft.X24Ft. COVERED Boat slip included Free with your stay! We are also Approx. 20 Min. from the 2 nearest boat ramps with access to the Cumberland River where the State Record Brown Trout was caught nearby. The closest Lake Cumberland Marina is Approx. 30 MInutes away (Grider Hill) or 40 Minutes away For Beaver Creek Dam Public Ramp.

Not as nice as pictures portray
Furnishings and flooring in poor repair. Smelled of mold. We were unable to stay there and found other accommodations. It would be a tight fit for 16 people. Not as nice as the pictures portray. The kitchen and bath was nice enough. The rest in poor repair. The owner did take care of his part of the refund but was a very stressful start to our trip. Luckily, we found different accommodations. I am still waiting on the rest of my refund from VRBO.

Why they chose this property

We are just a city block distance from the Dale Hollow State Park entrance and we offer a free boat slip at the Marina located Approx. 2 miles through the Park. We offer peaceful lodging on 8.5 acres with plenty of room for parking and trailers. In the Spring of 2024 we renovated and replaced all of the furnishings from 2017. New waterproof flooring was installed throughout the house. Interior was painted throughout and 2 larger toilets were installed along with many other cosmetic changes. New furnishings and decorations as well as linens, kitchenware Etc. were purchased. Electric Reclining Sectional on main floor with large kitchen table for Eight. 2 tables are located just outside the kitchen for Eight in carport area next to the large Weber Propane grill purchased in 2023. Additional chairs are on back deck. The Couch in the basement is a Queen hideaway bed for extra sleeping options.

What makes this property unique

One of the closest if not the closest vacation property to the entrance of Dale Hollow State Park. The Park is less than a city block from our property. We sit on a side road next to the Park entrance. Plenty of parking space and open ground to easily maneuver your trailer(s) and park multiple vehicles. FREE 12Ft. x 24Ft. COVERED SLIP at the State Park Marina included with your stay! Fishermen there is an electric hook-up in the Carport and a stainless steel fish cleaning station on the property. Peaceful surroundings after a great day boating, fishing or golfing with a beautiful sunset that sets over the length of our 8.5 Acre Pasture while you are grilling or enjoying a peaceful evening. There are three different areas to entertain. Adults can enjoy the outdoors under the wrap around porch/carport area, or watch TV on the main floor while the kids can wind down and enjoy TV or just hanging out downstairs in the basement.
