ABOUT GOLF CLUB SUITE 3 ROME
This spacious and elegantly furnished 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms unit is available on the first floor with private terrace and private solarium, and it develops on two floors.
The living area opens onto the entrance hall leading off to the compact but fully fitted kitchen, equipped with electric 4 ring hob and oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster, juicer, and coffee machine, dining table and chairs.
The open plan layout is completed by the stylish living room which is comfortably arranged with a comfortable sofa and 2 matching armchairs, cupboard, and tv stand with flat screen television with Sky TV; double French doors open either onto the private terrace with outdoor furniture.
Off the living area is the bathroom with hydro massage bathtub with shower, perfect to relax in after a day in the city or playing golf, wash basin, WC and bidet. 
The double bedroom contains a stylish metal framed double bed, writing desk and chair, a satellite TV, free standing wardrobe. Double French doors open to join the same porch and garden, or the terrace, enjoyed from the living room.
A stone staircase leads to the upper floor, where there is a hallway with table and chairs, perfect for reading, working or sharing a social game. A master bedroom and second double room sit at either end, both with comfortable double beds. The generous size master bedroom has a sloped ceiling with 2 Velux windows, a double bed, two armchairs, a spacious wardrobe, and televisions set with Sky TV. The second bedroom with large window has a double bed, and free-standing wardrobe. Off the hallway is the family bathroom, with hydro massage bathtub with shower, perfect to relax in after a day in the city or playing golf, wash basin, WC and bidet. 
The apartments have air conditioning and heating, free wi-fi, and telephone is also available.
Included in the price you can enjoy a hotel service with daily maid service and mid-week linen and towel changes. For convenience, there is a small supermarket on-site where you can buy daily essentials, and a bar and restaurant offering breakfast and half board.
These apartments are available either with golf views or facing the internal garden and resort, please let us know your preference, and we will ensure to reserve it albeit limited by availability. 
Few words of advice: this resort is ideally located just off the ring road of Rome, in beautiful and relaxing countryside by the Laura Biagiotti estate and Golf Club, ideal to take day trip to Rome and other renowned locations, while enjoying a relaxing time when returning to the resort. If you are looking to stay within the hustle and bustle of Rome city centre, this resort may not be for you!
ABOUT THE RESORT
The resort is ideally located within the Roman countryside, just off the ring road of Rome, and right beside the Marco Simone Golf Club, just 9 km from the Tivoli Spa.  It is a gated property, with residents’ traffic only. The resort offers a hotel type service, with the choice of self-catering, the best of both styles! You can enjoy the indoor swimming pool, fitness room, sauna and Turkish bath after a day in the eternal city, all included in the price.  There is daily maid service, twice weekly change of linen and bathroom towels, and you can avail of bar and restaurant for breakfast and meals. A small supermarket onsite will take care of for daily essentials, as will the laundry room available to guests. The resort also offers a Club Card which entitles you to discounts on extra services, like shuttle, excursions, etcetera.

Due to the Ryder's Cup in 2023, from the 23/09/23 to the 07/10/23 these will be the rates for this unit during the event:
• 3 bedroom golf view apartment consisting of a kitchen open to the living room with sofa bed,3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and terrace.
