Past guests have said they have caught over 50 fish within only a few days of staying including small and large mouth bass, catfish, crappie, among others!! Water around the house is 3ft from land but steadily gets up to 12+ feet from the end of the dock/ similar depths of a swimming pool so no worries about water being too deep or not deep enough!
3) Over 4000 sq ft of outside deck space! Some covered and some in the sun! And some partially shaded or shaded all day!
4) Cozy cottage with more glass than walls! Four large sliding glass doors plus large windows from the master bedroom, living room and kitchen providing amazing views of the water and the beautiful sunset every evening!
5) Tropical and Nautical themes with lots of bamboo, colorful flowers seasonal), palms, insect repellent plants etc plus fish and ski accents throughout!
6) Full length views of over a mile looking each way up and down the lake channel that allows great views of your guests skiing, boating, swimming, canoeing, kayaking etc.
7) An attached floating dock to easily drive up on/dock up to four jet skis, canoes, kayaks, floats etc. that can also be used to get out of the water after swimming and has swim ladder, etc.
8) Commercial outdoor fans that you can move around and provides ample wind to keep you cool and dry while laying out and/or just sitting enjoying the view and strong enough to keep any flying insects away along with several citronella plants that keeps all mosquitos away so no hassle of being bit just relax and enjoy the outside areas!
9) Boat bumpers all around the bottom decks to help protect your boat while docked plus bungee boat cords to help secure your boat while docked!
10) Upstairs and downstairs diving boards!
11) At least four large separate outdoor deck spaces with very comfortable cushioned seating, dining table, rocking chairs, fire pit, pergola, including sufficient outdoor lighting throughout plus large picnic table!
12) 12 cushioned outdoor seats, 11 outdoor loungers, 10 person bedding, 9 pots of plants, 8 maids a milking, 7 swans a swimming, 6 geese a laying, five mosquito repelling plants, four drive on jet ski docks, three swinging hammocks, two diving boards, one outdoor shower etc. etc. etc.and a very memorable time!

14) Steps are not as steep as most local lake homes since they are twice as wide and long as most which helps create a more gradual decline/incline.
