The bedroom has a full size bed for 2, and the living room has 1 queen size futon/couch. Max occupancy is 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children (more than 2 children will require approval from owner prior to acceptance of the reservation). A full kitchen with electric stove and a full size refrigerator. Decorated in beachy decor.
