Beautiful private property located in the popular coastal town of Sant Vicenç de Montalt, near Barcelona. Ideal place for those people looking for relaxation and calm. Located in a very quiet area, surrounded by gardens and lush forests, this house offers views of the sea, the town and the mountains. The house has 800 m2 of land. The garden has fruit trees and a private 8 x 4 meter pool. The property also has a stone barbecue.
It is a recently built property, very comfortable and very well equipped, with air conditioning, with a beautiful terrace that is accessible from the rooms.

Een fantastische vakantie!
We hebben een fantastische vakantie gehad in deze woning! We verbleven er met 9 personen, de woning was ruim genoeg. Alles was voorhanden en ook de dubbele frigo (zowel in de keuken als in de nabijheid van het zwembad) was een groot pluspunt. Er is een grote oprit voorzien zodat je de wagen veilig kan parkeren achter een automatische poort, wat voor ons ook belangrijk was. Het was een zeer aangenaam zwembad dewelke ook onderhouden werd door een conciërge tijdens ons verblijf. Joan was zeer behulpzaam en indien een probleem was hij er onmiddellijk om dit op te lossen. Ook wensen we Imma te bedanken voor de warme ontvangst en al haar tips gedurende ons verblijf. Geen enkele vraag bleef onbeantwoord. Zelfs in aanloop van onze reis konden we al op haar hulp of advies rekenen. Een grote meerwaarde als je op zo iemand kan rekenen tijdens je vakantie. We hebben ervan genoten!

Wonderfull!
We had a wonderfull stay! Supermarket is very close and easy to reach even by foot! The beach only 3 minutes with the bikes! But what goes down must come up! Thankyou!
