Our beautiful home has five bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and 1.5 kitchens, plus an outdoor grill. The loft has 5 additional beds, a futon, a TV with gaming system and two full size bean bag chairs, making it the ultimate hangout and crash pad for the kids in your group. The large basement family room provides another gathering area, complete with Classic Arcade game console featuring 25+ of your favorite old school games (Ms Pac-Man, Dig Dug, Galaga, Frogger to name a few) ping pong, and foosball tables, as well as another tv and a walkout patio to the backyard. A two-story picture window in the living room frames a gorgeous view of Lake Lancer.

This modern house has all the comforts of home, but the natural pine interior gives it a log cabin feel. For your convenience, the laundry room has a washer and dryer, and the main kitchen is stocked with all the basics you'll need to cook during your stay. Enjoy snacks or meals at the kitchen island bar, in the dining room, at one of several outdoor seating areas, or even the backyard fire pit.

But the real feature is the location! Breathtaking views are on display year-round.

Access the private, all-sport lake from the backyard. Guests are welcome to use the paddle board, life jackets, and other water toys and accessories. There are boat rentals available from local marinas to rent for an additional fee. In summer months, enjoy swimming, fishing, basketball, biking or volleyball at the house or drive 5 short minutes to 2 scenic golf courses.
In the winter months, enjoy ice skating, ice fishing, sledding hills. Downhill skiing at Snow Snake is only thirty minutes away.

For those with mobility issues, a wheelchair lift provides entry to the house from the garage.
