Beautiful newly remodeled and redecorated condo centrally located directly on Villa Sabine on Pensacola beach. Waterfront views from balcony and living room. This well appointed 1br/1ba condo features fully equipped kitchen. Keurig coffee maker, microwave, stove, dishwasher and fridge. Washer and dryer located in outdoor balcony closet. Beach chairs are provided. All you have to do is bring the sunscreen.

Very nice very clean condo
Great little condo for two. Super clean and well appointed. Nice view from balcony. Great shower. Kitchen has everything you would ever need. Decor is quite nice. Has a real beachy look. Makes you feel good. Everything worked perfectly. Check in was perfect. Even got a note from the owner advising early check in (vs 4:00) was fine. Loved the place!

Weekend getaway
The place was nice and cozy. Wish it wouldn't have been so windy,but can't control mother nature. It was our first stay in Pensacola and would visit again. Thanks to Shawn for letting us spend our getaway in her lovely abode.

Christmas Vacation
Our Christmas Vacation was one of the best we ever had. The condo was breathtaking! It was so relaxing; peaceful, and the decor is just amazing. Also, it was very, very, very clean!!!! Shawn made us feel so welcomed! She was very efficient, and very detailed. There was a binder in the condo with directions; condo rules, instructions, restaurants we could check out, ECT……. The binder was very helpful. The lake view was breathtaking!!!!! If we decide to visit Pensacola Beach again, we would definitely stay at the same condo. Shawn, we really loved our vacation, and your beautiful and relaxing condo. Stan and Mary 😇

AMAZING VRBO!!
This is literally the best VRBO you will ever stay in! It way exceeded our expectations! It's in a perfect, quiet spot. It is decorated so beautifully and was the cleanest place I've ever stayed. The owner was so kind and had a spiral notebook with details of nearby attractions, restaurants, etc. She had thought through everything and the condo is well stocked with everything you will need. We forgot sunscreen and were surprised to find a new bottle in the bathroom! Highly recommend!!!
