Pretty Duplex House 4/5 people: Splendid Sea View

Ground floor: living room and American kitchen, sea view terrace with deckchairs, garden tables and chairs. There is also a patio at the back with barbecue and clothes line
Upstairs: a sea view bedroom with a 140 cm bed, a 2/3 person bedroom with a 140 cm bed below and a 90 cm bunk bed, a bathroom
Located in Canyelles Petites, a preserved and residential cove, sheltered from the wind. With a wide sandy beach and pure water.
10 minutes from Roses, classified as the most beautiful bay in Europe.
To descend to our residence, there are 50 steps to descend. And access to the sea on foot is only 10 minutes by a quiet road with little traffic. We prefer to warn the tenants that the path, although very accessible, is steep. It is best to be physically fit.
For walkers, from the house you can make up to 10 kms of covered paths (cami de ronda) with permanent views of the sea. Breathtaking!

Cozy apt Platja Canyelles Petites
Very well equipped and cozy just up the hill in Canyelles Petites. Geraldine was very helpful and accommodating. It’s quieter than the main town here but offers everything you need, just what we wanted.

The view !!!
Lovely place for a family of three. You will find here everything you need to spend a great holiday, whether you want to rest or explore. You can cook at home or go down to the restaurants on the beach. The local beaches are really nice and clean. Parking was never an issue near the apartment, whci was good as well. And again, the view is just breathtaking ... We spent hours sipping coffee or a glass of wine looking at the changes on the sea or the sky.

Une location de vacances idéale pour rayonner autour de Roses. Dominant la plage, la vue est vraiment splendide ! Très bonne communication avec la propriétaire avant et pendant le séjour. La maison est bien équipée pour une famille de 4 personnes. On nous avait prévenu que la route à pieds était escarpée pour aller à la plage. Et c’est vrai ! Heureusement que nous étions avec 2 ados sportifs pour remonter de la plage. Ce serait difficile à faire avec des enfants plus petits. Nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances en étant un peu excentrés de Roses et c’est ce que l’on cherchait.
