This property is in a quiet neighborhood, and at the same time close to the Oranjestad center, with its famous street car that runs trough the 'Caya Betico Croes' main street all the way to the main port of the island. Downtown you will find the Renaissance Shopping Mall and the Royal Plaza mall that carry all the famous brands. Most of the best known and popular restaurants are found in the downtown area.

In addition to a beautiful garden, Villa Cassillia is a 226 square Meter (2,245 square feet ) house with three bedrooms, two and half bathroom, an open kitchen with a large dining and living area. It has plenty of space to host two to five guests comfortably. From the covered patio you can access the ample garden. The main bedroom has one king size bed, bedroom one has two individual single beds, and bedroom two has one single bed. All the bedrooms have air conditioning, ceiling fan, and each bedroom has window shutters with curtains. Villa Cassillia has a fully equipped kitchen with new appliances. All the bedroom windows have shutters, the master bedroom is very spacious and has a separate balcony with direct access to the garden. Guests also have a laundry room equipped with a washing machine and dryer. In addition, there is a garage with free parking for up to two cars.
