I am a NYC gal with 2 teens and a business owner. I am very busy and like to rent out my hotel condo when not in use. Minnie is the property manager and she is just across the street from the condo. She can recommend the best places to go ! She is also a real estate agent, so if your thinking about making a purchase she is the person to contact!
Why they chose this property
We have traveled to ft Lauderdale since we were young and love this area. It is kid friendly, teen friendly and adult friendly. The hotel has everything you want and is literally on the beach...
What makes this property unique
I fell in love with this condo because of the space. I have 2 teens and love them to pieces, but when we all travel, I do not like us to be in a basic hotel room. I need space and this condo has plenty of it!
