The Heron building at the Spa of Port Royal Sound is one that is directly on the beach and this is where you will be just steps away from one of the most serene beaches fraught with wildlife.

The inside has been completely renovated. From smooth highlighted ceilings to luxury plank flooring, everything has been changed and updated. New kitchen cabinets with custom lighting and high end slate appliances, exotic granite, and custom subway tile back splash. An island was added to provide more storage and a bar area. All updated furnishings, dishes, silverware, pots/pans, linens, artwork, electronics, etc. All the new fixtures and furnishings throughout with great attention to detail and comfort. The kitchen has a little coffee bar area open to the new dining area and family room. Also in the family room is another nice bar area with second sink. Off the family room is a wonderful Carolina room (sun room) with lagoon, beach, and pool views. It makes a wonderful spot to relax, read, and visit. Enjoy an incredible sleep on one of the most comfortable beds with all new high end linens and pillows while you listen to the fountain just outside or the waves of the Sound. Two bedrooms and two full baths finished beautifully and very well appointed. Both baths have new flooring, elaborate custom tile work, new plumbing and lighting fixtures, new lavatory, etc. Towels and linens are provided. Your own washer and dryer for convenience, cable TVs in Master and Living Area, and so much more! Nothing spared! 24/7 gated security ensures you have an undisturbed visit and private beach! And what a wonderful beach it is!

There are bike rentals available just down the street and the bike trails run all the way to our complex. Sorry no pets allowed at the complex which includes pools, tennis courts, basketball court, picnic areas with grills, boardwalk, nature trail, private beach and so much more!

Located on Port Royal Sound NOT Ocean. Closest Ocean Beach is approx. 4 miles away at Folly Field Beach. Pools are open April to Oct.1 There are 2 outdoor pools. Parking Fee is $20/$5 for 2nd vehicle and you are required to pay for your parking fee upon arrival to gate. *** The parking fee is for the entire stay. 2 vehicles max. 2nd vehicle must park along fence to avoid fines.
