Large, clean, newly renovated beach house just steps from the beautiful Lavallette, NJ beach. Duplex with two units can be rented as single units with each sleeping 8 or can be rented as one whole unit that sleeps 16. Downstairs unit is 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath. Upstairs unit is 3 bedroom, 1 bath. Tastefully furnished & decorated with everything included that you would expect in a home. Includes large back yard with dedicated BBQs with patio furniture for each unit, dedicated hot/cold outside shower for each unit, cable & high speed internet with Wi-Fi, central air, off-street parking for two vehicles per unit and 6 beach badges per unit included!

Rates shown are for the downstairs unit only. The upstairs unit is approximately 5% less. Please call for exact pricing on either unit or if you prefer the whole house.
