Apartment located in a quiet area of the promenade on the main beach of Llança (playa del Port), near the marina and the yacht club, with all leisure restaurants, shops and services at hand, without using the vehicle .
It consists of two bedrooms (one with double bed 150 cmt. And the second with two single beds of 90 cmt), living room, kitchen, bathroom and terrace of 8 m ^ with a beautiful view on the side of the beach, equipped with chairs, where you can enjoy pleasant evenings.

Appartement agréable
Appartement très bien équipé, propre et facile d'accès. Lits confortables. Petit bémol : le chauffage, efficace mais assez bruyant. Nous avons préféré le couper la nuit, même en février, car cela nous a gêné la première nuit.

Vacances sereines en bordure de plage
Très bel appartement, fonctionnel. Très bien équipé : grand frigo, beau four, four à micro ondes, cafetière etc. La literie est la meilleure qu'on ait eu en location. La climatisation fonctionne parfaitement et est très simple d'utilisation. Quand nous sommes arrivés, nous avons trouvé très agréable que le ménage soit parfait, cela sentait très bon, et une petite surprise appréciable nous attendait sur la table. Nous y avons séjourné avec ma fille polyhandicapée, j'ai trouvé que le logement était nickel pour nous. Nous avons sollicité les propriétaires 2 fois, et les 2 fois, ils nous ont répondu rapidement et très gentiment. La balcon a une vue latérale sur la mer, et la montagne. Attention néanmoins, avec la chaleur, nous ne pouvons n'y aller que le soir car le soleil donne dessus tout le matin et le début d'après midi. Il n'y a qu'à traverser la rue piétonne pour être sur la plage, c'est vraiment appréciable. Seul bémol pour nous, un restaurant se trouve pas très loin et génère pas mal de bruit (ouvert uniquement le soir, jusqu'à minuit). Le stationnement peut être difficile en pleine saison. Nous recommandons ce logement

Bel appartement fonctionnel.
Appartement très fonctionnel, tout le confort. Un bémol, le bruit ambiant fenêtre de chambre donnant sur la rue très passante et très bruyante. Manque peut-être une poêle plus grande, un moule à tarte, des couverts à salade.

Très bel appartement
Très bel appartement moderne, bien équipée avec tout le nécessaire. Belle décoration soignée. Petite terrasse très agréable avec vue sur la mer à quelques pas de la plage et des commerces. Conforme à l'annonce. Séjour très agréable. Llança est une jolie petite ville animée.
