This custom contemporary log home is located in the prime Eastville area of Oak Bluffs, close to the beach, it is warm and inviting, a great place to relax and enjoy family and friends, you'll find everything you need to create your best summer vacation right here and take home memories of a lifetime! Relax on the 1300sq ft private back deck, cook dinner on the outdoor kitchen, or make a your own pizza in the pizza oven, whether your inside or out, it's made for relaxation, you'll feel right at home here.
Inside you'll find four large bedrooms, each with closets, there are two bedrooms upstairs, the master bedroom with two walk in closets and a large adjoining bathroom complete with jetted tub, shower, sink, and make-up table with large mirror, second bedroom has a king size bed, dresser. downstairs in the main living area, there are two more large bedrooms, one with a queen bed, the other with two twin beds, there is a full bathroom close to the bedrooms, The kitchen has been newly remodeled, including new, high end stainless steel appliances, a large, double farmhouse hammered copper sink, a trash compactor and dishwasher.
The dining area has enough seating for eight at the table and four more at the kitchen counter, perfect for a large family dinner or having friends over, would you rather dine outside? No problem, there is one large, round, outdoor dining table that seats nine people, altogether you will find seating for up to 12+ people on this private 1300sq ft back deck, an outdoor gas grill, pizza oven, and an outdoor shower complete with hot water, the side deck offers an additional bar hight table with chairs and seating for four perfect for morning coffee or an evening cocktail.The front porch is covered, there is a romantic log swing (for two) and more log Adirondack chairs for your enjoyment and relaxation.
The living room has a leather reclining couch and love seat, there is also two ultra comfort, power reclining chairs, perfect to kick back on while watching the 55 inch smart TV that's built into the custom made stone fireplace. Netflix is available as well as high speed internet and WiFi.
The laundry room is just off the dining area, it has a large capacity HE washer and dryer, we provide the laundry detergent.

Amazing!
This home is just as pictured. It is wonderfully situated and very peaceful. I have been coming to MVY for years and this home by far has been the favorite for my family and I. Scott, the homeowner is absolutely fantastic. He is very responsive and works to make sure you enjoy his home as much as he does. I look forward to another return visit.

Great House
This house met of all our expectations. The back yard was huge! …lots of room for our active boys to play whiffle ball and soccer. The weather during our stay was quite hot but the air conditioned home kept us very comfortable. We certainly would recommend it to anyone who would like to stay. Our family of eight ranged in age from 78 to 8 years of age.

So close to Circut Ave.
I had an amazing vacation. I try to visit the MV every year. This year is not disappoint. The home is as listed. .it was nice to have that open log cabim feel with all the amenities. Scott the owner was very attentive to our needs. He came by just to chat and displayed the Martha Vineyard spirit which we have all come to love. My sister booked for next year. This will be my first choice for years to come. Thank you Scott.

I was born and raised on Martha's Vineyard, as well as both my parents and grandparents, I was a police officer in Oak Bluffs in the 80's, I have been working for the Tisbury water Department for the last 21 years. My wife, Alyssa and I love to travel and meet new people, we have three German Shepherds who love the ocean as much as we do! We took a break from renting the property for several years after Alyssa came home from her deployment to Iraq.

We love sitting on the side deck, having our morning coffee while watching the sailboats go by.
The 1300sq foot back deck is an exceptional place to relax and enjoy the summer nights.
