307 Plank Rd. Bluff City, TN This is a lovely, comfortably furnished, age 30 AND ABOVE, Max 2 DOG FRIENDLY ,(NO OTHER PETS!!) home, right in the middle of the Tri-State, area. Johnson City, Bristol and Elizabethton are just minutes away. About 7 miles to Bristol Motor Speedway. Not far to trout streams of Watteau and Holston Rivers. A very convenient location, with a brand new ,6 ft. privacy fence and 4 ft. chain linked fence,fenced in shady1/2 acre yard. Has 50 ft. covered front porch, fenced in with gate, as well. NO WIFI, but smart phones with T Mobile/Sprint work well there.Large, on property driveway, with motion detector lights. Lots of restaurants/ grocery stores, close at hand. We have a basket full of local attractions available in living room.

Bristol Drag Races 2023
Myself and my family love this place!! It is our 2nd year staying here for the races. The place is awesome! We love the huge front porch.We had family and friends over for a cookout after the races and sitting on the porch that evening was incredible! The whole atmosphere was great! Thanks again for the beautiful place and all the extras you provide!!

Clean home; terrific hosts!
Ultra clean mobile home with large porch and huge yard for our two dogs. Hosts could not have been nicer! Texted after our arrival to see if we needed anything. Always quick to respond to our questions.

Why they chose this property

We didn't actually buy this as a vacation rental. It was our first real home and we lived there for over 20 years! Converting it to a VRBO home, just seemed like the thing to do, and it's worked out real well . We have met some great people.

What makes this property unique

This isn't a log cabin in the mountains or on the lake or anything but the location is great to do your running around in this area. The neighbors are good people and most have lived there for several years.Such a great location! Close to everything!
