The Phoenix-Rose villa is a Creole villa renovated in 2013, It faces the bay of Anse d'Arlet, on the Caribbean Sea and is oriented southwest South, which ensures unforgettable sunsets. It is divided into 2 apartments, The apartment on the ground floor consists of a large room with bed for 2 people and 1 extra bed for a person. In the living room, 2 beds 1 person are sofas with many pillows. Air conditioning in the room. Fans in the living room. Desk. TV TNT. WIFI.

The Phoenix-Rose villa is located high in the village of Anses d'Arlet, 300m from the sea. This is one of the most authentic villages of Martinique, ranked in the 'essential' in tourist guides.
Its sandy beach, very family is divided into two by a pontoon to the delight of children and fishermen. At 50 meters from the edge, a rock outcropping uses natural aquarium with colorful fish and even turtles. With a mask and snorkel, swimming becomes a diving exercise. The famous village of Bourg of Anse d'Arlet is in itself an attraction. His church waterfront, its beach and pier are chosen by many photographers and painters. Recently, Pharell Williams has turned to several scenes of his clip 'in MARTINIQUE HAPPY'. From morning to night, you can bask on the beach, read, swim in warm water, admiring the fish and even turtles, and enjoy the delicious little beach restaurants whose warm welcome will make you spend wonderful times. All shops are available and fishermen sell their catch of the day. If you are sports fans, you will find in the village or nearby, water sports, golf, horseback riding, tennis, and hiking in the 'dull' (hills) sometimes covered with impenetrable vegetation. Around the village, you will discover other famous coves such as Anse Dufour and Anse black, twin sisters and yet whose sand is completely opposite color.
If you like animations, many votive festivals, carnivals, skiffs racing, football and basketball games, visiting the rum distilleries will delight you. Fort market France, Schoelcher library, the town of pottery, housing Clement are also safe bets. And you will go picnicking on the beautiful Salines beach, undoubtedly one of the finest beaches in the Caribbean.
