About Tom Capps

I am a retired USAF colonel and command pilot. I have two engineering degrees, a commercial building contractor's license, a real estate broker's license and a loan originator's license. After serving in the military for 27 years, I built a mini-storage facility before beginning to develop real estate. I have eight rental properties and have renovated seven of them. I love to take houses from non-habitable to totally renovated with all modern conveniences. I know you will enjoy this lovely historic home.

Tom Capps purchased this house in 2012

Why Tom Capps chose Franklinton

This home has all new features: new plumbing,,all new electrics, totally new HVAC, new walls, new low-E windows, all new floors, large deck with natural gas grill and four off-street parking spaces.

What makes this house unique

This home is one of three houses in a row that I own. All three homes were vacant for 20 to 40 years. I have restored all of them and have greatly improved the entire neighborhood. This home is fully furnished with antiques over 100 years old. But, it also has high speed internet and wireless TV.
