Delightful 3-br, 3-ba Gulf view town home with roof top observation deck!

White Sand Cottage #501 "Life's A Beach House!" This bright happy home will definitely put you into a vacation state of mind from the time you enter. Whether you are looking for a place to have morning coffee (Keurig and coffeemaker) or afternoon cocktails you have a plethora of options.

The roof top observation deck offers outstanding views in all directions as well as a good place for the sun seekers among you to catch some rays. There are covered decks on both the south and west sides of the 1st floor living area. The living area, dining area and kitchen are all open, and ideally designed for entertaining and family time together. The main level of the home also has one bedroom with a queen bed which shares a bathroom with the living area. The second floor of the home houses the master bedroom with king bed, en-suite bath and balcony access as well as a bedroom with two twin beds, en-suite bath and balcony access.

There is a dune walkover 30' to the west of the property providing super easy beach access. This home offers garage parking for two vehicles and additional parking on the south side of the home for one vehicle. The biggest challenge that guests of this home will experience is forcing themselves to leave on departure day.

Perfect Getaway Home!
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was perfect! Wonderful location and the views off of all the porches are unbelievable! Kitchen is well equipped for all your cooking needs! There were only the two of us and our boxer - so we only used the upstairs master bedroom and bath! It was nice to be able to take the dog downstairs to the small fenced area for morning "duties" without leaving the property! Dog beach is about a mile away and a great place to take the pooch for some water and sand time - be sure to take your own water as there is NO fresh water available! Icing on the cake....the Blues flyover on Sunday from the upper deck was outstanding. We also enjoyed the fireworks from the Boardwalk from the upper deck! ONE suggestion....trim palm trees out front as they are scraping on the front bedroom windows and side of the house and would probably be very annoying for those trying to sleep in there!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of this property is hard to beat. Great beach access, amazing view from the decks, 1 mile walk to the shops and restaurants and even closer to Peg Leg's. The house was fine but a bit dated. The interior was in better shape than the exterior. Most of the outdoor lights were burnt out, garage door openers don't work, gate is rusted and a lot of exterior touchup is needed (rusting garage doors, rusted gates, etc). Non of this prevented us from having a good time but for the price, I was expecting better conditions of the property.We did have one issue that I raised with the property management and they addressed it immediately. Very responsive and very easy to work with.

Great house and location!
We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property! We appreciated being able to bring our dog and the dog beach is only a mile away. This house has a hose set up outside so you can wash off your beach toys and shoes before coming inside. This is probably the cleanest house that we have ever rented. We enjoyed eating outside on the porch and we saw the Blue Angels fly by on their return to Pensacola on Sunday. The ease of getting to the beach on the boardwalk is unmatched! Highly recommend this property!
