A bright and separate bedroom (with a balcony opening onto palm trees)can be arranged at your convenience with either a double bed or two single beds. There is a leather sofa in the living room with a real mattress and a fast opening system.Separate WC. New bedding and pillows. Possibility of a parking spot in the building´s car park upon availability. Apartment building with caretaker. All charges are included in the rates. Linen and towels are provided.The owner is easily reachable during your stay if need be. Deposit: 30% of the rent after acceptance of the rental contract. Bank transfer, cash, or PayPal.

This is a lovely, quiet property equipped with everything you will need for a successful holiday. Fabienne has thought of everything. The apartment is super clean and very comfortable. This was the most beautiful holiday apartment we have stayed in. Thank you Fabienne for a fabulous holiday!

Absolutely great!

We wanted to have a "temporary home" for 10 days to experience the Christmas at the French Riviera. Cannes was a great choise and the apartment was just at the right distance from the center. We could walk to the center (and also round the whole Cannes several times). Our lovely host Fabienne showed us where we could do the shopping etc. And the apartment was just what we wanted. Clean, cosy and having a lot of space for us two. It had all the needed equipment and the wireless LAN was a welcome surprise. Saved us money. With the train we could visit Grasse, Monte Carlo, Nice, ... A great holiday.

Accueil très sympathique par la propriétaire. Appartement bien situé dans un quartier calme, assez proche des magasins, du centre-ville et de la Croisette. Très propre, bien décoré, clair, bonne literie, le Wi-Fi fonctionne parfaitement, rien ne manque. Seul petit point négatif: Insonorisation insuffisante, on entend les bruits des appartements voisins - mais pour nous c'était absolument supportable, on a toujours très bien dormi. En résumé nous ne pouvons que conseiller cette location.

Peu de places de parking dans la résidence mais nous avons toujours pu nous garer.

Bien équipés tout ok..jolie situation. Un bémol pour les places de parking limitées mais possibilites à l'exterieur car rue tres calme et residentielle. Literie impeccable et tout le mobilier.jolie decoration
