I grew up on a farm in Saskatchewan but Vancouver has been my home for 27 years! So I am very familiar with different neighbourhoods and where the cool local spots are. Of course, my favourite neighbourhood is Mount Pleasant for the locally owned stores and restaurants and walkability to anything you need! I play a number of sports including ice hockey, golf, tennis and snowboarding. I will also never miss a good shoe sale :) This is my home for most of the year and enjoy sharing it during the summer months. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!

Nicknamed "The Treehouse" as the balcony off the bedroom is in the maple trees and perfect for enjoying a good read and a coffee or tea. I also love all the natural light as there are windows on three sides but is extremely private.

Comfortable, well-equipped apartment in a great neighborhood
This apartment is as close to home as you can get! Well-furnished (comfortable bed, great storage, chairs and table on balcony in the trees, washer and dryer, dishwasher, a TV that was easy to operate) , well-supplied with all your needs (kitchen, bathroom, extra set of sheets, spices, dishwashing soap, laundry soap!). The nearness of both transportation (Bus #3) and every imaginable store/restaurant is super convenient. Yet, the apartment is on a quiet, tree-lined street, just around the corner from all these establishments. We ran into a medical emergency during our stay and it really, really helped that the place was so well-supplied and close to everything - plus the owner was a text away and responded quickly. I wish we could go back!
Great townhome in a great location
Very well kept, modern townhouse in a super convenient location for the Mt Pleasant area. This is a well equipped and well taken care of townhouse with lots of space for a couple to stay. The location within Mt Pleasant couldnt really be better, a block off Main St and a block from the park. Very bright space with two balconies.
Enjoyed our stay in this very clean and nicely decorated location. The neighborhood is very quiet and convenient with many restaurant and store options within walking distance. Other than some parking issues, we found this location to be perfect for us on our long weekend (and first) visit to Vancouver. Sandra was quickly responsive and easy to communicate with during the booking process.
Perfect location close to Main St . Accommodations were fabulous. Lots of stairs going in and to bedroom .I have issues with feet but managed just fine. We will be booking again next year. Thanks

This townhome was a lovely place for my husband and me to stay in Vancouver. It is modern and very clean. The location is fantastic with a lot of nice coffee shops and restaurants nearby. The owner is a pleasure to interact with, we would definitely stay again!
Bright, spacious modern townhome close to Main Street
The townhome is private, with a well-equipped kitchen that includes some staples. Location is excellent - close to shopping and restaurants on Main Street. Little touches made us feel welcome! One caution for people with limited mobility is that there are stairs up from the entrance and to the bedroom on the second floor. This does not downgrade the rating in any way - this was an excellent clean, bright, spacious and modern home and we really enjoyed our stay.
- Trendy Main Street/Mount Pleasant known for coffee, craft beer, and vintage shops
- 1 block to the Bus Stop (#3) which will take you downtown in 12 minutes or to the airport in 30 minutes
- plenty of places to eat within a short walking distance (vegetarian, pub, sushi, western, Pho, etc)
- a couple of pubs within a few blocks (5 Point, Colony) or walk or bus the 10-12 blocks up Main Street for some live music at Chai Lounge or Cottage Bistro
- coffee shops are everywhere and include JJ Bean, Starbucks, 49th Parallel to name a few
- Local craft beer tasting rooms, 33 Acres and Brassneck are a 7 minute walk
- Mount Pleasant Park is a block away
- a grocery store, liquor store and pharmacy are within 2 blocks
-bicycle routes are within a block and you can ride to Science World, the Seawall and Skytrain in minutes (downhill!) There is also bike share stations (Mobibikes) within 2 blocks.
-it is a *top floor, corner unit in a small quiet complex (NOTE: top floor meaning their are stairs :)
-the bedroom has a balcony to savour morning coffee/tea or an evening nightcap
-the bathroom has heated floors and a soaker tub
-the kitchen/dining/living area is open with high ceilings, a balcony, and tons of natural light
-the kitchen has everything you need if you want to stay in, including a cappuccino maker, dishes, etc.
