About this property

VILLA 8 PEOPLE WITH POOL.

Located on the hillside, facing the Domaine du Golf de Sainte-Maxime, this beautiful recent villa has 4 bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. It is located in a very quiet residential area a few minutes from the Nartelle Beach. Access to the city center is achieved in a few minutes by car without the risk of traffic jams.

On the ground floor a large, well-equipped living room opens onto the covered terrace and the swimming pool. It offers a beautiful view of the hill. The well-equipped American kitchen takes place near the dining area. Still on the same level, the master bedroom benefits from an en-suite shower room and an independent toilet. A second bedroom has direct access to the outside.

Upstairs, two other bedrooms with beautiful open views, have a shower room with toilet.

TV in each room.

Outside, the large covered terrace shelters a beautiful table with chairs for meals as well as a gas griddle barbecue. The swimming pool takes place in front of the villa and enjoys good sunshine throughout the day. The terraces all around the swimming pool are well furnished with garden furniture and breakfast areas under the parasols. The garden is decorated with many southern flowers and shrubs.

You can fully relax in this beautiful new villa with very complete and quality equipment. Access to the beaches and the main sites of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez is done in a few minutes.

Tolles Haus in toller Umgebung
Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Totz schlechtem Wetter hatten wir in dem Haus eine sehr angenehme Zeit. Durch die tolle Glasfront und die überdachte Grillstelle haben wir uns trotzdem "wie draußen" gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war vorbildlich, es gab einen Wasserschaden an der Außenbeleuchtung und es wurde eine Lösung organisiert und wir wurden immer auf dem Laufenden gehalten. Die Vermietungsagentur hat sich auch sehr nett gekümmert. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wunderbare Woche mit traumhafter Kulisse
Superschönes Haus mit toller Terrasse, riesen Lounge, wunderbarer Aussicht. Alles vorhanden was wir brauchten. Wir genossen die Zeit sehr. Auch die Nähe zum Meer und Supermarkt sowie Restaurants und Shoppingmöglichkeiten. Etwas verwirrend war der Zusammenhang mit der Agentur, da dies nicht von Anfang an klar ersichtlich war. Die gemietete Bett- und Frotteewäsche hatte diverse unschöne Flecken, vielleicht besser von weiss auf anthrazit wechseln. Leider störend war der Gestank aus dem oberen Dusch-Abfluss, der die ganze obere Etage betraf. Dort wäre wohl eine Grundreinigung der Abflussrohre notwendig. Ansonsten alles top!

Villa was exactly as described and the views were amazing. Lovely outside seating areas and inside was great too for when it went cool in the evening. We were a party of 7 adults and one baby and there was plenty of space for us all

Sehr schönes Haus oberhalb St Maxime
Nachdem wir den Berg mit seinen kleinen Strassen erklommen haben, eröffnet sich ein wunderschönes Haus mit Aussicht auf drn gegenüberliegenden Berg mit Golfplatz. Sehr gut eingerichtet mit allem, was das Herz begehrt, geschmackvoll, ruhig und viele Relaxmöglichkeiten. Etwas Abzüge für verstopfte riechende Abflüsse, dreckiges Geschirr in den Schränken und unbrauchbare Küchengeräte. Nichts, was in der Hand der Agentur oder Eigentümer liegt, sondern an den Vormietern, die es so hinterlassen haben, was schade für so ein tolles Objekt ist…. gute Einweisung durch eine nette Betreuung in der Agentur, wäre auch immer erreichbar gewesen, klasse!
