Loved everything about this stay
Francoise is really kind and welcoming and does a delicious breakfast! I loved everything about the room, too. It was perfectly clean, cozy and has a modern bathroom and a very nice view in the garden. As I have lived near the area already while formerly studying in Paris, I came back purposely because it’s the best neighbourhood too - well connected to the city center but green, safe, and beautiful. I can only highly recommend to stay with Francoise!

Perfektes Quartier
Francoise ist eine herzliche Gastgeberin und vermittelt das Gefühl willkommen zu sein. Sie ist interessiert, entspannt, sehr belesen und aufmerksam im genau richtigen Maß. Ihr Frühstück ist hervorragend. Der Honig und ihr selbstgemachter Joghurt sorgten jeden Morgen für einen guten Start in den Tag. Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber, ruhig und bietet einen wunderbaren Blick. Der Balkon lädt morgens ein, den Sonnenaufgang zu erleben und am Abend den Tag ruhig ausklingen zu lassen. Ihre Tipps, um Paris kennenzulernen haben meinem Urlaub noch interessanter gemacht als er ohnehin schon war. Wenn ich wieder nach Paris fahre, würde ich mich sehr freuen, bei ihr wohnen zu können.

Clean and cozy studio
I had a nice stay in this studio, perfect for a single person, with walking distance to Metro and in a nice neighborhood. Francoise served every day a good continental breakfast and communication with her including the check-in instructions had been very smooth.

Great place and location
I just loved all involved the place, it had a bus number 82, in the corner of the street that goes to the best Paris turism attractions, and it is everyone very close. The city is so beautiful and has really good places to visit and to buy. Mrs Francoise was all the time very nice amd helped me a lot to know how to go to the places in Paris, the breakfast was really good, with very good options and vey good taste. The apartment was clean when I arrived and the size is very good for 1 person stay. I certainly recommend this apartment to anyone who may plan to visit Paris by their self.
