Cayucos is the perfect beach getaway if you're looking for a relaxing coastal experience. This charming condominium is in a desirable location on the west side of Highway 1. It is only a 5 minute walk to the beach and 10 minute walk to town. Away from the noise of traffic, yet close enough to the action!

A well appointed 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with Ocean Views, this completely updated and stylish condo offers accommodations for 4. It is an open concept floor plan with comfortable furnishings including king and queen beds in the master and second bedrooms, living room sofa and chairs, and large expandable dining table.

Other amenities include a flat screen TV in both the living room and master bedroom with Direct TV and internet access. The master suite has Panoramic Ocean Views with beach decor and a soaking tub. The second bedroom and full bathroom are on the main floor. Fully stocked kitchen with new refrigerator and filtered water. 2 Car Garage, new Washer, Dryer, and a Gas Grill as well.

Better then “Home away from Home”
Clean and beautifully decorated condo with a view. Comfy beds, nice sheets, all items needed for a short or long stay. Enjoyed wine on the patio, eating in town, easy travel to many tourist locations, easy communication with management. Look forward to returning!

Convenient, Comfortable and Clean!
My daughter and I spent the Thanksgiving weekend at this lovely condo. We had everything we needed to make Thanksgiving dinner. The view from the balcony was very nice and the whole condo was the cleanest I've seen (and I have rented several others in Cayucos and elsewhere). The beds were comfortable. We had a great time in a great condo! I recommend this condo and would book it again in a heartbeat!

Lovely Stay Right Near the Beach
Our stay at Nancy and Kevin’s house was great! 5-10 minute walk to the beach and into town. We could hear the waves and seals at night. Neighborhood was very quiet and friendly and around a 30 minute Uber from the SLO airport. The house was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. The appliances and front door code were easy to use. We’d love to come back and stay again!
